Questions & Answers

In order to achieve this, what is the minimum size of air compressor needed?

I've only tested it with a small pancake compressor, less than 5 gallons in size. The compressor was not turned on during the last 5 minutes of 100 psi. In the past, I would normally use my big compressor, so I did not look at the specs. I would guess that I have a pancake compressor that is at least triple the size. Please accept this as my sincere apology.

It is good to have a I'd been using Harbor F chief angle grinder and despite the specs favoring the chief, I think this grinder does a better job
5/5

It is a bit longer than the average grinder, so it's easier to hold, and the rubberized covering gives it a better One of the things I really like about this grinder is the spindle lock button on the side I hated having to find the thin tool that came with the Chief. There is also a thin wrench tool that comes with the grinder, but you can also simply use any wrench to tighten it. Currently, I am using it with a Husky 30 Gallon compressor and it works like a charm. For the compressor to kick in from 175 to 135PSI, it needs exactly 24 seconds of continuous use. Once it kicks in, the compressor will continue to run, but only for long enough to get enough air to run the motor. While the grinder is operating, it does not make a lot of noise.

The Craftsman is a great, affordable, and powerful mid-range product, which is somewhere between Central Pneumatic and Ingersoll Rand
5/5

When I compare tools, I usually choose between some of the first Central Pneumatic tools and other nicer later tools from Ingersoll Rand. The Craftsman definitely takes one of the top spots up there with the Ingersoll Rand. It runs at 90 PSI, like most of the line. My 6 gallon compressor is not very powerful and I am not getting the most out of my tools, however it does the job. Although it could do with an upgrade, the design is durable and has a reasonable weight to it without being overwhelming. In addition to wearing long hair, I am a smaller woman with a height of 5'7". I tend to like the situation where the air doesn't blow right back in my face, but I like the air on this one a lot. The rear of the vehicle is where it comes out. Aside from the grips, it is also extremely comfortable. don't get callouses on my fingers and I don't have to clean the grease off the tool I like how fast it is and it works well with pretty much any sanding disk I have. I also like how portable it is. With its long reach, it can reach tight spaces. My garage echoes, so ear protection still remains a must. I am pleasantly surprised at how good the built-in muffler is at dampening out the sound. While it did not come with accessories, I was able to use threaded or smooth shafts without problems. As a result, it can get into tight areas on the deck and So far it hasn't caused any issues because it only needs 90 PSI. I could probably use a bigger compressor, but for now it works fine. The machine will make about 21000 rotations every minute. The solution is great for cleaning gaskets, swingarms, or anything else that is rusted. It may be the last one I need for some time, but I do plan to upgrade my compressor in the near future.

It is expected that Craftsman will provide quality work
5/5

In my family, we have been working on cars long before I could drive. Even after I moved into my own house, I have kept my classic car at my father's garage, where he has a wide range of old school craftsman tools, including air tools. It was time for me to stock up on some air tools so I didn't have to borrow them constantly after I finally cleared out our garage. There is a lot different in this latest offering from craftsman compared to the old versions I used to have. In the past, I had borrowed some tools from others, so this was one of those I grabbed since I had borrowed from others. It is one of those tools that you can pick up and use elsewhere if you need to. You will never go back to the old way once you've got one! You shouldn't forget to pick up a few fittings to connect the tool to your system, as it is the case with most air tools. As I had always expected from craftsmen, this is a good quality product.

My boat is fairly quiet and powerful, as I am using a generic Husky 8 Gal 4
5/5

As of now, I am using one SCFM compressor to drive this, and it is perfect for light to medium duty work, which is exactly what I need. Despite it being a bit noisier than most air tools I own, I was very impressed with the sound quality of this one. As well as installing accessories, it is a simple process. It was made to fit perfectly with Craftsman stones (B0829942L8) I purchased from Amazon. It is obvious that the longevity of the system remains to be seen, and I will keep you posted if any issues occur The battery power seems to be enough for a long time, since there were barely any vibrations when it was in use. When it comes to high-speed tools, tight tolerances are always a good thing.

My tools are craftsman tools and I have used them for years
5/5

It was required that I have professional tools when I went to college for auto body, and this was one of the brands I could purchase. It has been a pleasure to use this die grinder all week, and I am happy to report that it has operated It is a good idea to add some oil to the grinder so that it won't rust. It will last you for many years if you do that. Clearly, these are not Snapon, Matco, or Mac tools, but at the same time, these craftsman tools are not as expensive as the brands mentioned above. In addition to Snapon and Matco, Imo has air tools that are just as good if not better. Those would never rank higher than hand tools in my opinion.

Had I ordered it earlier, I would have saved a lot of money Since it is such a useful tool, I have been wanting to purchase a angle grinder for a very long time! As a child, I often used one that my father had
5/5

It was nowhere near as nice as this one, though! There's no comparison between this grinder and others out there, but I am glad that it has this kind of power Compared to the old one, the new one is certainly quieter! There is a wide range of rotary tools that can be used with the standard 1/4" collet, of course. large flats on the collet nut make it easy to grip with a wrench. A surprise to me is that the safety mechanism on the switch isn't at all annoying.

Grinding at high speed with an One more Craftsman air tool that is well built
5/5

It is equipped with a button to lock the spindle and it comes with a tool to change the bits, which are standard air angle grinder bits that can be obtained virtually anywhere. I normally use it to remove rust or to polish metal, but it is not too loud or fast for my needs. I am using it with my nominal 20 gallon tank compressor with no problems at 90 psi operating pressure.
