There is a requirement of 22 SCFM at load when using this tool. Therefore, in order to use this tool continuously, the computer will not require any maintenance In order to run a 22cfm compressor pump at 90psi, you would need a compressor pump with a capacity of 22cfm. This tool is actually very manageable, so long as your tank is large enough, you should be able to run it for several minutes straight without any problem. There are very few home shop users who will own a compressor of this size. Running it on a 5 Hob 60 gallon single stage doesn't pose any problems.

My only complaints are with the seller, not with the grinder itself. It works very well, and I am pleased with it in general. It was stated in the product description that the product was made in America, so I chose this item because of that. When I received the product, I discovered it wasn't made in America. I got my last grinder from there about three years ago and it cost about twenty dollars off sale price.
I'm in love with the little die grinder - it has some serious drawers In spite of the small size, the power provided on the brake job was far more than I could have imagined. When I opened the box, I was worried the power would be lacking, but the results proved me wrong. A grinder from my IR edge series would bog down, but this little CP whirrs by with no problem. It's convenient for use in automotive applications due to its small size. The noise level is a bit higher than my IR but is still acceptable. This is amazing CP - I love it This has become my new favorite.
It has a smaller barrel and a compact design that appeals to me. Once properly oiled and greased, this equipment should continue to function for many Here's the update I bought it in 2018 and am still using it This grinder was acquired from the company a little over two years ago, and the company has since purchased and replaced six more - though they were off brand Harbor Freight grinders. The usage rate of floor grinders that are handed from one operator to another is also much higher and their maintenance is much lower. The purchase I made 3 years ago is still a very good purchase for me.
I had my last one for 5 years before it finally stopped working! I was using it a lot, and oiling it day and night, and greasing it This is a lighter tool than the ones my coworkers use, and is small enough for me to fit comfortably in my small hands, plus it's quieter than anything else on the market, at least to my eye.
onus for the last one fell on tens of thousands of hours of work. The small size makes it easy to fit into tight spots in bowls, and on Among the things I use are Dudes' that run on Dotcos, and other $500 plus tools, and I evaluate these things largely based on how much vibration they experience. If I take something to the shop, I expect for it to earn its keep, and I expect it will be There is no comparison to the smoothest I have found from this manufacturer for the price.
It works well. The bargain 1/4 inch air I had for the previous 25 years needed to be replaced. My decision to purchase the CP875 was based on reading reviews. I'm extremely satisfied In most cases, I use the die grinder for cleaning up a gasket surface area, cleaning a cast iron pan or preparing the surface for It is less vibration and that is what I am most looking for in a tool. I expect this tool, when used appropriately and maintained occasionally, to perform admirably. I like the size and the overall feel of this tool compared to my older tool. There is no preference for the safety device on the handle, it takes a little time to get used to, but eventually it becomes second nature.
The first time I opened the box I thought I had received the wrong item, as it was much smaller than the Chicago Pneumatic Straight Die Grinder I already had. Originally, I was going to send it back, but I decided why not give it a shot. After installing the swivel air fitting, dropping in the Marvel Mystery Oil, and connecting the Roloc adapter, I was ready to go! Because it has so little vibration and is so light, I was surprised at how little fatigue it causes. It was then that I tried a 3" buffer wheel in it, and it polished the wheel in no time. However, I have only one complaint the exhaust in front mists water on my polishing compound and wheel. Having a 7mm collet as opposed to the 1/4inch installed, I put in a deburring bit and then worked on some aluminum. Once again, I was impressed with the virtually silent operation. Although this one does not have the torque of my fullsize 1/3 HP CP, it didn't cost $200 either, so I am very impressed with it. There is a slight increase in noise from this tool, but it is still not as loud as I hope you will enjoy it when you purchase it.
