They all came with a wheel when I bought four of them.
It's hard to say. In truth, a large percentage of today's tools are imported from overseas, but assembled in the United States. We don't live in the same way as we used to. Nevertheless, it seems to be working fine so far.
It is true. If you want to remove the shield, you can do so.
The disk is centered, but I have noticed that some disks have a larger opening, which causes it to be slightly out of

This air tool is well made at this price point, and you may find it to be a better value over time than the cheaper HF model. The item came in a brand new, sealed box that I purchased from Amazon as a return. So how does that work? Compared to the box stores, I offered a price that was less than half! Having said that, I wanted to get rid of the guard on the tool and in spite of being a professional mechanic, I wasn't able to get it off! In spite of having the tool in a heavy vise with a high quality, heavy wrench on it, I was unable to unlock it! My next attempt will be.
The smaller wheels fit into the fighter's compartment. While it is a little harder to control than an angle grinder, it is able to cut through sheet metal with ease. The smaller wheels fit in the fighters' spaces the same as the larger wheels. I've even cut a 1/4 to 3/16 bracket. If you have a water separator, and an air source, you must be set up correctly. If there is a big compressor, then I would rate it at medium duty, if not higher.
Originally a replacement for another Ingersoll-Rand tool, this one was purchased It is finally time for the Rand cut off tool to wear want to clarify that I am not a contractor, a mechanic, or a So with that said, I am a mechanic, welder, electrician, as well as a repair and remodeling contractor. I set out to buy another cut off tool after my last one wore out from use and age. These cheap models can be found for $9 on the market. You can buy them at 99 cents each. It's all right. The IR 326G will do the job, but not as well as this one. The cutoff tool you need here is a serious one, so you better have a powerful air compressor to hold As the compressor puts out about 20 CFM at 120 PSI, my 5 hp (an ACTUAL 5 hp motor) will keep up with the tool under full load.
IR 326G specifications state it uses about 6 CFM at 90 PSI, however it will exhaust a small 5 gallon tank in about 20 seconds, at which point the tool slows down due to poor air circulation. During full load, the IR 326G would not bog down or stall, IF, and that is a big IF, you have a compressor that can handle 20+ CFM at 90 PSI. Like a hot knife through butter, it can chop through fiberglass, plastics, and steel. Furthermore, you should have some good abrasive wheels with a 3/8" arbor that measure 3" in diameter. Although I tend to prefer the thinner 1/32" wheels over the thicker versions, I believe that they are not as sturdy as concluded that removing less material will result in a faster cutting process. As my first job, I had to cut through 14 gauge expanded metal, and I found it a real pleasure to do so. I had a tool that didn't work nearly as well as this one. We then got our hands on a rusted out bolt (about 1/2" diameter) in a very tight corner that we easily cut through. A stainless steel band was next on the list. To ease through the , the throttle is accurate enough. Bands should be cut 8" from the bottom, but the base material should not be damaged if cut too deeply. Compared to other cut off tools, this one is fairly loud and ear protection is a must. Proper eye protection is likewise a must due to the tool's tendency to spew forth sparks and/or debris. The following details apply to the tool There is a black rubber type grip surrounding the tool and providing a comfortable and firm gripping area, and the exhaust system is located at It is better for me to have the front exhaust installed, since oil does not spray all over me and my air hose. My opinion of this tool is entirely positive. As far as price is concerned, it's reasonable enough considering the quality and performance.
I had to send the first one back because it wouldn't even try spinning but this one has been excellent. As far as quality I am extremely pleased with the second Ingersol Rand printer . I was nearly ready to give up on Ingersol Rand when the first one arrived The power of the internet.
Guys, when buying a tool such as this one, make sure to read the whole package. If this requires a lot of air, make sure your compressor is up to the task. A CFM of around 6 is said to be typical. A 6 pound load will not be handled by most air compressors found at home depot or big box stores. As a consequence, the tool will not perform at its maximum capacity. In the end, I returned this to go with one from Klutch that is 3 inches long. While it only takes the middle 3 minutes to finish, it is still of really high quality.
The best. It's a must have. Pneumatics made by Ingersoll Rand are probably the best. The only other product I would compare it to is Snap On. There is a lot of air pulled in by this thing so make sure you get In these cases, use an inline oiler that operates off a manifold, so that only the tools that need oil have oil (for those unfamiliar with this).
This guard is not up to the job. I cut 1/4 steel with it. I was satisfied with the way it cut. There is no way to make the guard move around, so I docked it one star. With the handle sticking out so far from it, it is really difficult to cut any further into a sheet of metal due to the location of the blade. To turn the guard 90 degrees, I need to know how to do it.
I find it very useful when it I'm on my third product. Expect to get a year out of it with moderate usage.
