A good way to do it as well as not to fight the cheap ones is to buy A grease gun like Performance Tool W54205 Performance Tool Mini. You just hold pressure on it and the grease will go into it. Once you've put the needle zerk fitting on, you're ready to go. If you put air into the system you'll only need to pump it 1 or 2 times. Wrap a rag around it when you do this. It goes all over the place. In the needle fitting there are two type. One is sharp and you do not want that. The other is rounded (i think it is called a mini zerk fitting).

Finishes in about a month, but not longer. It needs to be oiled every time I use it, and I only use it a couple of times per Suddenly I felt something in my stomach come apart. I thought I was going to burst. Is the warranty for two years? I wish you good luck in your endeavors. It's not cheap to ship your AirCat stuff to a service center, but you should contact them first since a lot of places no longer repair them because AirCat refuses to honor most warranty claims after their repair center fixes them, according to the service center. In my area, Ohio is the nearest. It's going to cost you more to ship this piece of junk there than it will be Edit
My analysis after not finding out the warranty would be honored led me to tear down the tool and determine that one of the two #26 bearings had gone bad and that this was causing the noise and vibration I was hearing. Thailand is written on the bearings, but I'm not sure whether or not it's a good place to get bearings The only reason I am leaving a review is that I want to spare people from spending money on this product. $90 will get you 3 die grinders from Harbor Freight and I know from experience these will last longer than this one. There are times when being expensive does not mean that you are getting the right service.
The best features are the rear exhaust and the spindle lock. Even though it is a bit more over-the-top than the smaller angle die grinders I'm used to, I'm not disappointed by it. I was initially skeptical of the spindle lock because another reviewer claimed that it broke within a week. Now I'm really curious how that reviewer managed to do that as I try not to be light on it but it remains locked very solidly every time I tighten it up. The grinder is quite a bit quieter than a regular angle grinder, and it has a rear exhaust port which is an essential feature. As a result of lubricating regular front exhaust die grinders, I constantly get oil splatter all over my work. There is plenty of power and it feels quite efficient with the use of air. For those planning to adapt 1/8 tools to it or other things, be aware that the chuck in the spindle is different from a regular die grinder. It only works for wire brushing and I only use it for Though the chuck itself does seem to be better constructed than regular die grinders, since it grips and releases the 1/4" shaft wire brushes from the chuck much more effectively. When I use my typical die grinder, they either work loosely or jam in the die grinder. I have the Aircat impact gun and ratchet that are part of Florida Pneumatic's line of products. I have not encountered any issues with their tools, and they seem to be equally good as IR or Chicago Pneumatic, or better.
However, the difference in power outweighs the differences in size. Changing screw on bits (loc-tite) is a lot easier with the spindle lock as well, which comes in handy This tool works for changing bits themselves as well as other accessories (such as disks, cutoff wheels, cartridge rolls, etc). The die grinders I use in my business are very useful to me, and I will be adding more to my tool rack in the near future. This tool has been great to me, and I am confident you will be too. To check the air consumption as well, as too small a compressor may render this useless!.
an angle grinder from HF, but it requires a large volume of air, and I have only a small air compressor for it. In order to complete the large project that I had, I needed a die grinder that needed less air, so I bought this tool. Despite my concerns that it might be a little too large for my hands, it proved to be very comfortable over several hours. The spindle lock and the quality of the spindle and chuck/collet impressed me. Buying another will allow me to switch between sanding and polishing without having to go back and forth.
In addition to the plastic housing, it has a large cover that aids in sound absorption, as well as making it comfy to hold and operate for extended There's also a lot of torque. It is not unusual for me to use this for 5 to 6 hours a day when I work. Well, let's get this money working. It was so good that I bought one of their inline die grinders as well.
My favorite feature of this lock button is the built-in security. The power is plentiful. Typically I use it with cut off wheels that are 3" in diameter. This tool has a lock-out button that keeps it from spinning, which is very convenient so you only have to use 1 wrench instead of the two that usually have to be used.
like it a lot! An Ingersoll Rand that I had pulled apart decided to leave This intrigued me, so I decided to give it a shot. The balance is fantastic, and the mouse is very This lock features a built-in bit changer that makes changing the bits very simple. Overall, I'm very impressed with it so far. Since I run a small fabrication shop, I can test my tools to the maximum. I recommend this tool to everyone.
I think this die grinder has 90 degrees of rotatable grinding. While being extremely quiet and using little air, it still provides a great deal of This is what I used on my muscle car restoration to grind spot welds and blend panels. Previously, I was using a cheap, pos HF compressor brand that wouldn't do the job while constantly running the psi out of it. There are no problems with my compressor keeping up with the AirCat. A 7hp engine.
