I was using a tired old Snap On and ordered this one instead. I was replacing riveted ball joints on a Silverado and this one took the heads off all four in less than 20 minutes, and it could've done it faster if I had pushed it harder. Thanks for sending me that.
So you should have another set of bits available so that you can replace the ones that get hit right away. The heavy equipment that I work with is pretty heavy, so there's I was impressed by the air hammer, which is very durable and can handle a beating while getting the job done as efficiently as possible.
There were about a dozen rivets on a truck frame that I needed to remove. The heads were so hard to remove that even after grinding them off, I attempted punching and slamming them with a sledgehammer. The cheap light-duty air hammers that are available locally were not suitable for the job since they seemed to do little more than make noise. After I ordered this one, this air hammer effortlessly blew all the rivets out over the course of the next day. Though I was asking myself "Do you really need a tool costing over $100 to do this?", so I didn't buy it. It is YES that the answer is in the end. I think the expense was worth it, as opposed to spending time and energy on other methods that might have been ineffective or frustrating.
The decorative stone coping of a pool that was recently removed from the yard was made of grass. As a result of this coping being repurposed, pavers for a sunken garden were created. Decorative stone had been stuck to one side by concrete, and the pavers would have been too high if they were left that way. Thanks to the 119MAXK and its excellent trigger control, I was able to remove all of the plaster from the stone without breaking a single piece! There's just no reason not to pull on the trigger when you barely touch it. You have complete control over the stroke and frequency. I am so thankful for the mechanical engineers who came up with All this work was done with a seven cubic foot per minute, twenty gallon compressor running a 3/8 inch line at 90 psi. During paver cleaning, you do not need to run the compressor very often because you do not use much air. This tool is great. I'm glad I bought it.
I had a ball joint that was rusted in and I couldn't get it out with heat or various other mechanics In less than two minutes, it completed the job! I was worried about lack of power, but it is more than enough!.
The product is professional. Ingersoll is the best.
There was no indication of it on the listing, but my unit came with a plastic case containing the assembled parts. Though I haven't had it for a very long time, it just seems to be a well-made tool. I gave it 5 stars for durability.
So far I have only used it to take off fans. A fan clutch, you guessed it. At 90 psi, I popped it free with ease and quickness. In fact, I have no doubt that it can handle anything I ask it to, even if I have to blow it out a little bit.
