Thank you for understanding if this has inconvenienced you. My understanding is that it has been dealt with. Unless otherwise stated, all pictures are of the DCH133M2 rotary hammer drill.
What I can say is that it is far better than a Bosch plug As long as it is the same type it shouldn't have any problem drilling a hole
Let me wish you a good morning. Parts and services are covered by a one year warranty.

Before you buy, know what you are buying. Please take note There is no SDS in this document Moreover, drill is included in this package. I had no idea what that meant (neither did I) It means that the drill will not accept traditional drill bits. The slots in the bits must be specially designed. To me, it seems absurd that there is a switch on the drill that allows you to switch between hammer drill and just drill, but you can't just use a regular bit and there is no adapter included. There appear to be no SDS-based screwdriver bits as well This format is plus. You need to buy an adapter (I found one for $30) in order to use the drill as a screwdriver. In addition to its easy use, SDS is a great choice because its bits can be changed quickly. The screws do not need to be tightened, nor do the keys need to be turned. Usually, they will just show up and get right to work. In addition to the drill itself, it contains the proper SDS-sheets I like the fact that the new Carbide-tip bit cuts through concrete like butter compared to my old Craftman and I last longer with two battery packs than I do on my own. A nice case is included as well. In fact, I would suggest it, as long as you are aware of the SDS The situation is plus.
Home Depot sells the boxed tool for $219
you get two of them for the price. You should pick up a few 8 ah batteries and a charging pouch. You'll find it works better than a corded Bosch or Makita, if you have access to some. You should not use Flexvolt batteries on regular, XR or brushed 20v Dewalt tools as these will end up destroying the tools. The hammer drill/chipping hammer works very well in the line of work I am doing. I chip and drill concrete and bricks every day, I can do at least 3 holes per drill bit. My wife and I have used it 4 days a week and it was excellent. I have also tried the same one using XR. The XR looks almost the same as the XR just works Investing in it proved to be a good choice. If you use big batteries, make sure you have at least five. The number 0 and 6 is not an even number. The generic version of Windows 8 I use is 0 With it, I have had no trouble, and it works like a charm, I highly recommend if you want to save a lot of money.
I have found the tool to be very useful, however, my first order failed on the first day I was We are still having no problems with our replacement one.
Stronger than the corded Bosch I was using before, and it seems to do the same or even more damage. While working hard, the battery goes through quickly, but if you stick in a 4 or 5AH battery, you're going to be fine. It won't take you long to remove tiles/thinset or to drill through concrete & carve into it The masonry industry. For remote work or just because you hate cords like I do, this is a must-have item in your collection.
I have been working as an electrical journeyman for 33 years.
Although I use it mainly for light work, its light weight makes it easy to handle and does not tire me out when handling it.
I don't think the chuck is aligned correctly, as the bits are not equally distributed when they are rotated.
The portability and power of this device are fantastic. Almost any small task can be handled well with this tool. It has been useful for removing concrete and installing I had no complaints about how it worked.
The work was done quickly. I need batteries that will last me for a long time. Probably enough for an average homeowner, but a bit light for a contractor working on site. However, it is small enough to fit into tight spaces and light enough to be able to work.
