While I cannot tell you how many cubic feet per minute it delivers, I use it with my Harbor Freight collector and it works The filter bag is a much better option than the one included with the There is a good amount of filtering to about 1 micron.
The bag bottom seems to need to be made of a heavier gauge. I have never experienced a bottom bag rupture on my Delta collector while using the standard Delta replacement bags.
The diameter is approximately 10 inches
I want a large bag with loops around the bottom - that's all. If you want to wear a band, you will need one

Although the bag is almost perfect, it is just a bit too big on its own and it does not hang well from the hook. As a result of the bag being too large, you can simply fold it on itself when putting it on the dust collector (see figure). This was done and I did not notice any trouble with air leaks, loss of suction, or decrease Contrary to popular belief, this bag actually allows greater airflow (better performance) than the stock bag. With the collector on, the bag sticks straight up and when it is off, it collapses onto itself without an issue. This isn't a problem, since when it is turned off, the bag simply falls back onto the hook. Nevertheless, because I had an OCD, I managed to make the bag work properly with the hook and I simply tied the strap to the hook with cable ties It is a great bag and I am happy with it overall. HF dust collector performance was optimized, as well as being a far cheaper update option compared to some others on the market.
These were purchased for my Harbor Freight dust collector that has a 2hp engine. The bags are heavy duty, aren't nearly as tight as they should be, but will overlap a small fold before the clamps are installed. There has never been a replacement bag for my bag The following dates and times are for the 8/6/2018 The bags size 19 and 20 are both available The 1/2 inch x 41 inch sizes Those are the right size for the Harbor Freight dust collector, and I plan to use them next time. 20x43 was the only one available at the time I bought them, but I have to fold them over to make a good seal, but this is not a big deal. Although I'm not sure how thick these bags are, I can tell you that they are heavy duty and will not disappoint. You can also get the Powertec 70001 Dust Collector Bag 30" x 20" if you have the HF dust collector A difference is evident when compared to the original HF filter. The x 31 bag is a 1 micron bag (cloth filter bag on top of the cyclone). Although you can buy canister filters which are better than cartridges, they are significantly more.
I am updating This bag has been on my body for about a week now. Filtering is more effective when it's on. The system on which I am working today has some issues. There is dust on me everywhere. The pipes are clean and have no clogs in the DC or lines. Upon pulling the hose at the jointer, I found a significant decrease in flow at the hose end. This is true at the table saw and at the My eye was caught by plastic bag leaking from the band clamp and the bag was stretched out like a balloon when I got to the DC. Fortunately, the new filter bag is the only thing I can testify to this. I hate it. It seems to be filtering so well that the system is now clogged after a If I had a collection, I would rather have most dust in the bag than none at all, which is where I am at right I can no longer recommend this filter bag, unless you do not use your shop often or do not mind cleaning the bag every few days. Worked for me. It was previously held on by a strap about the third notch deep. The latch was so difficult to latch that I really had to squeeze and pull to get it to work. I don't mind it as long as the package is sealed.
To replace a Harbor Freight 5 mic filter on our dust collection system, this product was purchased. There is definitely a difference in the shop with less dust particles in the air and less dust settling in the shop after using this filter. I've read reviews of this filter working on HF units, but they were bigger and needed to be "rigged" into place. With this one, I did not find that to be the case. I was able to put it on without any.
In the case of assembling something on the cheap but still wanting to keep your lungs fresh, this is an improvement over the stock 5 micron HF It had the same suction as before, but there were fewer fine particles. I needed a dust collection system for the dust that accumulates while I'm working since I'm right next to the dust collection unit when I'm working. Everything went smoothly. Here's some advice if you plan on putting it on the 2HP HF. You don't need to use the belt loops, simply fold it over and strap it!.
While it was larger than my Delta AP400 dust collector, I experimented with it to see if it could take the same amount of dust. I think I would rather keep my AP400 than replace it for a new filter media. It has proven to be very reliable over the years. It came with 30 micron bags, but I had to upgrade. A larger size bag was needed due to the smaller micron filtering with the felt bag as compared to the original. I was able to fold over the large portion of the clamp and it stayed in place even after I folded over the oversized portion. Took out the bottom bag and changed it to a plastic A noticeable increase in draw was noticed immediately following the installation of the AP400. The dust collector update was an extremely inexpensive upgrade when compared with buying a new one. My AP400 is connected to all my equipment by four inch galvanized round duct with blast gates. I was able to breathe new life into my AP400 with this change. It would be nice to have Powertec taper down the band to fit with By changing to felt bags, the oversize top portion of the bag will still need to be enlarged to provide a good working CFM.
It was purchased for the purpose of upgrading my 70 gallon Central Machinery dust collector from a 5 micron to a 1 micron filter. I really like this one. It does an excellent job and fits well, although slightly larger than the original it still works well. The thick material of this item makes it seem as if it will last for.
This dust collector will be purchased by people who want the Harbor Freight dust collector to be decreased from 5 microns to 1 microns. It was negligible and did not restrict airflow too much, so I took it a step further. Despite the fact that I cannot see them, I am satisfied with how well it is reducing the particles.
