I will not tell you how long it has been since this replacement was needed. A day late is better than none at all. I can't stand how my vacuum works now.

We were able to replace the vacuum cleaner in our office just fine. Although it says this model will work, it did, the only problem was that we almost lost the plastic screw that was supposed to secure the filter to Luckily, we found it, so you just have to know that this is the filter only. Neither extra pieces nor extra pieces.

It is a simple filter, not much to say about it, but it works fine and was several dollars less expensive than a rigid replacement from Home Depot, plus I got it delivered. I can live with that.

Paper filters from previous decades had a deep "V" in them, about 3/4" to an inch deep. The filter has a much smaller "V" and is much easier to clean. It is also easier to keep clean and it does not become clogged as quickly.
