The height and width of this object are 7 1/4 inches and 6 1/2 inches respectively.
This filter can be washed by using a hose sprayer. Spray it from the inside of the filter out and allow it to dry for for at least 24 hours. You will want to turn it from side to side during this drying period so any excess water drains.
You will not be able to use it. A cartridge filter is not available for your model 2010 so it probably won't work. You can either use the foam filter or the circular cloth filter for wet picking up. For dry picking up, it is best to put on the foam filter first (making sure it's completely dry), and then drape the cloth filter over the foam and slide the ring over it to cover it. Please accept this as a helping hand.

Since the filter is made from higher quality material, it is unlike most of the other filters. This filter is perfect for general garage use, as it catches everything, and can be cleaned easily for long life. If your shop is primarily for woodworking, such as mine, this filter is great for sawing, sanding, and dust control. It should blow more air when this filler is used, because it has a unique material and woven pores that allow it to be different from a typical paper filter.
