One of the big box stores I frequent mailed me a small, powerful portable shop vac with a note explaining that they no longer offer high-performance models Filters with thin walls were provided that were cheap and of high efficiency. As soon as I found the housmile three-layer high-tech eyewear, I ordered it from Amazon The filter has an efficiency level of 130. The vacuum works perfectly in my garage and house, has a lot of suction, and will ensure that dust doesn't accumulate, as well as prolong the motor's life. This is a very good value as well.
This seems to be a good replacement for my Ridgid 4 gal. shop vacuum.
It was bought to use with my 4 gallon, 5 HP Ridgid $1 plus $1 was not an acceptable amount to me. Buying the original filter at Home Depot will cost you about $50 tax included. The amount of data for one filter is simply too much. As a result, I bought this one for $10 and tried it out. is a nice product that fits well and works fine. It is not very sturdy but works fine for what it's intended for. If you don't abuse it when you put it on or take it off, it will work fine for you.
I will use this filter in the garage and in the car since I use it in both places. Although it is not as thick as a real Ridgid filter, this one has better water flow. Although the material is thinner, I have the impression that it will last a long time, especially after it has been washed. The original filter is still in good condition after a few washes and can still filter. My expectation is that after washing this filter, it won't be the same.
In my Rigid wet vac, this filter works well and costs less than its brand-name counterparts.
It is a great alternative to HD's branded version and so far works well! In terms of installation, the soft rubber opening is very tight, and I had to try a few times to get it to fit over the plastic lip it covers. There were probably some things a little dish soap could have helped, but I was able to use a plastic trim tool to help me ease the skin.

A replacement of this kind is slightly cheaper than a replacement of an OEM filter. I'm pleased with how things are going so far. If you want to buy this, just make sure the filter is designed for your Ridgid before you buy it.
