Do not forget to count your buyers of tools. Check this out! The 40-piece set comes as a set of four. When you count it, it appears as if it is missing 3 but if you add it up it has 4. There's no need to worry. The only reason I almost gave it a bad review was that the same piece was missing when I received the replacement. As I began counting, I noticed all 40 pieces were present. It is 100% certain that I will order from them again.
It's common to drive a screw into wood, only to hear that dreaded clicking sound when the screw strip has taken hold. If it is ruined, the driver will no longer work. The good news is that there is some good news to report! My experience with these bits has been the most durable in the entire range I have used. First of all, if you have never used an impact driver, you should take a few precautions. Buying one now (right now) is a good idea. It's impossible for you to go back to your normal screwed up self Taking the wheel. This Dewalt 20V max XR brushless impact driver is my recommended choice. Smooth operation allows it to drive small screws, but it can also drive 4" wood screws through 2X4s and 4X4s with no difficulty. It's for that reason that we need driver bits. The pictures show me constructing a workbench with these pieces, and I stripped seven of them It took me 8 screws to complete the project. Despite its age, the driver I was using still looks The best test of the quality of driver bits is the fact that the heads are properly heated up in this process Steel is given an extra layer of durability by treating it. Bits made of cheaper materials will start to bend, crack, and round up over time Whenever a screw bit slides over on an edge, the bit will fall over on the edges. There is no need to worry about that with these Dewalt impact bits. Pros include I will do everything I can to help you. Strong and durable This piece has a nice finish that prevents rust. I will do everything I can to help you. There is a wide variety of bit sizes and types available. I will do everything I can to help you. Bolt-driver socket attachment that is 1/2 inch in diameter. The cons are I will do everything I can to help you. There is no room in the case for an extra magnetic bonus bit. I just can't get it to stay in place or it falls off. I will do everything I can to help you. It is not always the case that rubber mounts can hold the longer bits. In conclusion, the verdict is It is the driver bit set that you need if you have an impact driver and want bits that are in perfect condition and always work! In my own experience with this set, I have not had a single issue during any of my three household projects.
Nevertheless, I received a package that contained missing parts.
This rack case contains a good selection of drivers in a transparent lid that can be stacked. In many positive reviews, this product is cited as missing pieces, but many of those remarks are untrue. Upon receipt, it appeared that 5 bits were absent as there were 5 empty slots where bits could have been inserted. It is 39 pieces, according to my count. I noticed that one of the 5 2" #2 Philips bits was missing when comparing what was in the case to what was listed on the package. In the end, it turned out the missing bit was actually installed with a magnetic collar, meaning two pieces were in one of the slots and all forty You can expand the system by 5 slots.
This is not a product I This was purchased for my work as a Spectrum technician, and I received a different product than shown in the picture, a resealed package with a broken case missing latch, a complete disorganized mixed up kit that I had to organize before discovering that parts were missing. A message was sent to the seller looking for a remedy, and I will update when I hear back from them, but I am probably just going to return it and look for It's so sad.
The reviews on this were excellent and DEWALT products are normally deservedly praised. In the ad, however, it says it is a 40-piece As soon as I opened it, I realized something was not right before I even counted. It's so sad to see so many blank I counted the number of votes. It only took me three times to count 31 pieces, not just once but twice and three times as well. That was packaged without quality control spotting such an error, and I cannot figure out how that could be possible. Although I love Dewalt, I am giving them a one star rating for this product. The Dewalt's reputation did not cause my to think 2 or 3 stars but when I read other comments and saw other buyers had the same issue, I began to wonder why the company isn't doing their best to ensure the buyer gets the complete set as advertised.
The first thing to notice is the high number of In the photos, you can see that I separated one of each type into a case and laid out the duplicates on my Quite the opposite, if you ask me There are a lot of duplicates in this set. The shafts are actually solid steel and tape is taped over the shaft to make them look like flex torqs. Also, they are not flex torqs as advertised, they are solid steel and taped over the shaft.
In the two hundred uses since I bought this (was building a deck) earlier this week I have used at least three of the common bits, and they all have worked fine and appear to be in great condition. As for the magnetic sleeve, it did much better than expected as well. (I'm clumsy) but the sleeve held tightly and I dropped no more than one or two screws during the whole project - typically I lose 5% to 10% of the screws I'm working with There was no disappearance of either of them. Due to the magnetic sleeve and the Flex Torq, everything went very smoothly, and the job took far less time than I had originally expected. For what you pay, this is a great deal. I am sure you can purchase more durable parts for a higher price, but I can't imagine it being better. I find the Tough Case to be quite useful as it keeps everything sorted and accounted for. As of now, the "tough" in its name has lived up to its You should consider this set if you're looking for a good selection of bits in a solid case to keep them in and a couple of bells and whistles.
