Yes. The base is made of a durable pvc-coated steel frame. such as lining material that keeps water out of the tile shack However, any remaining water in the pan should be drained before the unit is packed away.
There isn't much water on the floor pan, so we just clean it up with a sponge!
I bought this to fit the same 10" Dewalt saw that you seem to be talking about, though I haven't used it yet. With the x-ray machine, With dimensions of 47"x 60"x 62", it should be able to handle that saw with ease; in fact, if you use the tent, you won't even need the side tray. Take some measurements with a 24" tile on your saw and see what you come up with.
It only takes a few minutes to put together and folds up quickly to fit back into the bag. Because of the mess, this product allows you to set up the saw in the room where you're working rather than having to go outside to make your cuts.

The ease with which it was set up blew me away. The ground appears to be sturdy. Before putting my tile stand inside the tent, I cut a piece of 5/8" plywood to use as a base. DO THIS! It is critical. Puncturing a hole in the bottom would be a bad idea. This was the best money I've ever spent, and I'm willing to bet it saved me so much time that it paid for itself in just one job!.
It's fantastic to be able to set up a 7" or 10" wet saw close to your work area. During the course of the job, it saves a tremendous amount of time and effort. There will be no more sprinting up and down the stairwell. There will be no more dealing with icy or frozen wet saw water. You must unzip the right side of larger format tiles, such as 36" or longer, in order to fit them in your tile to cut. But for the vast majority of tile sizes and for the vast of jobs it 100% contained and more importantly it doesn not leak! I wish I had bought one sooner because it was well worth the money! 18 years of experience as a tile installer and owner of a business.
So far, everything has gone well. Before installing the frame and plastoc walls, make sure the saw is in the base. I've been using it for a bathroom tile remodel on the second floor.
It's a fantastic product that's simple to put together and reduces the amount of mess. The disadvantage is that it's nearly impossible to get to the opposite end of your saw. I recommend that the manufacturer (or the user) incorporate a window (similar to a butt flap) with felcro to allow access to the saw's opposite end.
This winter, I'm going to use it.
I despise the poor construction of it; one of the top frame bars is assembled upside down, and Amazon demands that I pay for shipping it back, which I refuse to do because I already paid for it. I used it once inside, and the idia of a tile saw tent is good; it does the job; however, they should pay more attention to their manufacturing quality.
It is very easy to use.
This is an outstanding product. When it's raining or you're working on the 3rd or 30th floor, you'll be more productive.
