The plastics industry
It can be used to operate many Craftsman power tools that have rocker switch styles, as well as many Sears Craftsman Power Tools.
An approximate 7/8" diameter key head has a slight oval shape however, it is not too thick. There are two pieces of furniture. The longest leg is about 15/16" long, and the short leg is about 5/8".
Keys with this part number have been sold by Sears under the part numbers
