The blasting process is applicable to castings that are relatively small in both iron and non-ferrous material. heat-treated parts and parts that have been made from foreign materials. Parts that have been machined are blasting. Various deposits such as mill scale, rust, and other deposits must be removed.

SFS and SAE specifications are met or exceeded for all materials.

The product is exactly as described and comes in a neat, bagged sack. The bag is sealed tightly so that any bit of contaminant that got out will not spread. My order was shipped exactly the way I wanted it. This is not for sand blasting, but rather for forge welding of axe heads and knives using it as a super flux mixed with borax. This material works very well as a filler as it's very easy to melt and bond with the steels to make a great.
