SUPER COMPOSITE CARBIDE: Get one of the most long-lasting materials used in a sandblaster nozzle for a fraction of the cost of Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide, and other materials.
NOZZLES WITH A LONGER LIFE SAVE MONEY: Composite carbide sandblaster nozzles are known to outlast all others. These are expected to last up to 1000 times longer than ceramic, 50 times longer than tungsten carbide, and 5 times longer than boron carbide.
1/8" ID BORE DIAMETER: This is our smallest bore diameter, which is ideal for fine grits. Standard tapered nozzle tip that works well with most pressure pot sandblaster nozzle holders.
PREMIUM SANDBLASTER NOZZLE: Weights about 30 grams and is made of hard, compacted, specially formulated carbides! Holds up to aggressive abrasives such as aluminum oxide and silicon carbide, with a service life of up to 1,000 hours when using aluminum oxide abrasive!
CARBIDE WEAR RESISTANCE: Get better results with low-wear nozzles while saving money in the long run! 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your money back if you do not like it. If you believe it did not last, please let us know.

Questions & Answers

Is this tip compatible with a Jewboer sandblaster with an air siphon feed blast gun?

That is an excellent query. Sadly, this is not the case. Pressure pot sandblasters are most commonly used with this type of sandblasting tip. br>Thank you, Ericbr>

Longevity is excellent
5/5

The product appears to be well-made, and the price was significantly less than that of competitors. I'm hoping it will last much longer than my previous nozzles.

In comparison to the ceramic nozzle, this is a huge improvement
5/5

My white ceramic nozzles were quickly wearing out, so I bought this nozzle to replace them. What a leap forward. I can lower my pressure and use less abrasive. Now I'm able to complete my sandcarving much more quickly. So far, I've done enough glasses to require at least two replacements of my ceramic nozzles, but I don't see any wear on this nozzle at this time.

Quality at a good price
5/5

International shipping went smoothly, and I arrived on time. It appears to be of good quality, and I'm excited to give it a try. I've had bad luck with composite carbide nozzles that don't last as long as they should, so I'm hoping this one will be just as good.
