Product Description

Air Jet - The side of the power head assembly directly behind the nozzle houses the air jet of the Skat Blast siphon power gun. In order for the cabinet to remain at its best, both the nozzle and air jet need to be changed regularly. Due to the fact that the size of the air jet must match the size of the nozzle, this convenient combo set is available.

5 steel nozzles, 2 air jets, 2 air jet gaskets, and one steel nozzle gasket are included in the combo pack

All siphon nozzles are made of stainless steel and case hardened for longer life. They will last for approximately one to two hours per nozzle.

In 1-2 hours, the nozzle orifice will become enlarged to the next size. It is best to replace the nozzle at this time. (Replace the air jet and gasket after 2-3 nozzles.

A nozzle should measure 1-5-7/8" long by 1/2" in diameter by 1/4" in inside diameter. A minimum of 10-15 cfm is required. It operates between 60 and 100 pounds per square inch. It is silver.

Preparation of metal prior to coating is accomplished with this in an abrasive blast cabinet. I purchased this as a direct replacement for my old nozzle that was worn out.
