I think it depends on the diameter of your bits, this collet set includes 1 collet, but it does not include 2 collets It has a diameter of 7mm.

Is it possible that my 3018 pro can accept 1/4 in bits with these?

It is possible, but I would simply buy the 1/4" collet for my ER11 -- "1/4" = 6" Thus, you will be stuck with trying to squeeze it into the 6mm or making sure you can tighten down the 7mm enough to grab it.

What is the compatibility of this router set with the DeWalt 611?

All the collection cards were packaged individually and labeled. My CNC 3018 Pro gave me the same results as the CNC 3018 Pro I bought. Small bits fit inside them in a way that grips well and holds them individually.
