Without a doubt! It is possible to use RotoZip collets with DEWALT DCS551D2, as well as the DEWALT DCS551D3 This DCS551 belongs to the DCS551 series. By contrast, the RotoZip nut cannot be removed, so you must discard it. Dewalt trimmers are a great choice if you own them.
I really like the way the collets fit But using the Milwaukee nut should not matter since it doesn't have a torque rating. The correct tool I needed to use with my M18 cut out tool for 5/32" rotozip bits

There is a 1/4" and 1/8" collet included in this kit as well as a 5/32" collet, but they are recommended and tested for use with RotoZip tools.

It covers sizes 1/4 inch, 1/8 inch, and 5/32 inch. can be used with a Sears Craftsman All in one cutting tool (if you lost them), but the nut in the kit is a different size. There may be other similar rotary tools that will use the collets. Using the 1/4" will allow you to use router bits commonly available in stores.
The exact thing I was looking for. It goes without saying that I did my homework beforehand. I can save you a little time if you use your original nut with each of these collets. They have the same fitting as Makita's cordless cut out tool (it's not called the Rotozip, but it's Keeping tools concentric and tightly in place is another way they keep them secure. My purpose for buying this set was in order to fit my cordless Makita cutout tool with a 1/4" collet so I could do roundover work with my Makita cordless router. I've never had a problem with this.
Rotozip has been a part of my life for over 20 I recently lost the collet for the stand alone saw bits that hold the regular Exactly what I was looking for.

The 5/32 Collet fit perfectly with the DEWALT Cut Out Tool! Only 1/8 and 1/4 of the tool came with a 5/32 bit, the tool only came with 1/8 and 1/4. You can install it easily as long as you are familiar with how to replace a Collet, and if not, the instructions that come with the tool explain how to do.
To save money, I wanted to use this for routing instead of buying a trim router for a small project. I think that is what I would prefer, but for now it worked. Somewhere I saw an attachment for use with a trim router. It would be best if there was one, but if not, I strongly urge them to develop.
It does as it should, but it's WAY too expensive to be useful. Because you won't be able to use the tool without me, they got you. A printer scam reminds me of what happened in the past. The printer is cheap, but the consumables are terrible.
The fact that some tools do not contain all the required parts is regrettable. A vital piece of the puzzle has been missing until now.
I could only use one size of coupling for one size bit on my Ryobi tool. However, I used the original nut with this kit instead of the nut in this set, so the couplings worked on my tool. There are now multiple sizes of bits available for me. I'm glad you fixed it.
