As a result, replacement did not fit properly in the nut, which led to the failure of the mechanism. If the nut is not included, the bit's shank fits very well. I'll keep the replacement, hopefully I can modify it later to work with Word. Similarly, I have bought 2 other collet's, and this time they fit perfectly.

I can't comment on the tolerances, but it fits my ER11 spindle and it looks good I have end mills that are 25 inches long.

The 1/4" tooling will not fit the Collet Nut while the collet is in the There are problems with the manufacturing process.

Has so far been functioning well with my 3018 CNC. It allows for installation of stronger bits like a 1inch spoilboard surfacing bit.
