The fact that I received my bit in such a short time makes me give this product two stars. You won't get any value for your money with this bit. It has the same finish as straight cutting bits sold at lower prices. For the same price, I am returning and purchasing three bits instead.
It is without a doubt the most useful and best router bit. There are only a few bits that look as good as this bit. I build guitars, and I choose this bit over all others. As easy as butter to cut through Ash. My router acts as a body shaper. It has cut the time it takes me to shape a body by hours. It took me exactly ten minutes to create this body.
I've never used anything better! If you start getting tear out with the top and bottom bit, just flip the work piece over and adjust the bit height to solve the problem.
I bought it to pattern cut maple 4/4. Compared to my expectations, it worked without a hitch. The compression cut and diameter make it superior to its competitors.
The edges of the blade are very sharp and show no signs of In addition, the alignment between the cutters and roller guides could be improved because the cutting tool does not level the work properly in relation to the roller guide.
I have thrown up the scariest thing ever. Can you tell me if it works? You are right, it leaves a beautiful finish and cuts easily. Using only the bottom bearing leaves too much of the tool exposed if you are using the bottom bearing entirely. I almost returned it to the store because it is so heavy and massive. Don't forget to double check before you start using this.
This thing is a beast. I used it on 1 and I'm impressed. I am going to cut a template out of 5 inch oak.
am using this bit to cut patterns on 3/4" pine. I found it to be very solid, even when cutting against the grain and out of the With a router table set at maximum speed, I cut it at a maximum.
