Using the 1/4" bit, drill a hole that is 1" in diameter. The remaining two bits are 9/16" in diameter.
Foos is an import/export company based in Blue Springs, Missouri. He served in the Iraqi army and is a combat veteran. The router bits are of excellent quality and have been imported. I've used these bits to make a lot of signs and they've never dulled or burned the wood. This company comes highly recommended.
It's a nice bit with the double flute.

These are excellent carbide router bits at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work, I used it to route a spline grove for a screen door I made. I'm delighted to be able to assist a veteran.
The order to delivery time was 2 weeks, but everything else about it was excellent. I placed an order for a 3/16" bit. I used it to make 3/4" deep dovetails. It was effortless for me to cut soft wood. Per pass, I cut a quarter-inch deep: Cutting too much in one pass is not a good idea. They didn't have a 3/16" at the local hardware store, and the other 3/16" bits available on Amazon either didn't go deep enough or were HSS rather than carbide, as this one is. Bits made of carbide are far superior.
First and foremost, I'd like to express my delight at discovering something that isn't manufactured in China or the United States. Second, this is a nice bit; it cuts cleanly and precisely, and I like the 1/4" shank, which makes changing router bits a breeze. I've tried cheap 1/8 bits in the past, but I've found that it's better to spend a little more and get a good quality bit. I would highly recommend it and would purchase it again from this company.
They're sharp and cut well, but I'd like them to be a little longer. You might be wondering why. I use a die grinder with a thread guide because I use a die grinder with a thread guide. To cut plastic with it in the factory, I have to extend the bit quite far.
This is a nice router bit, but keep in mind that the cutting diameter isn't exactly 1/8 inch. It oversizes the slot it cuts by 1/128", which isn't much, but if you need to be precise, this isn't the tool for you!.
This is what I'm using on the CNC for aluminum and aluminum composites, and it's fantastic. Although I don't see any signs of premature wear, we're still only a few hours away from finishing this section. I'll update this review as we use it more; simply click the "Useful" button to stay current.
It has a lovely cut. My purchase was a great success. I use it to get between the letters on the wooden signs I make.
The router bits are a big hit with my husband. They cut through the wood with ease and are extremely durable. My husband is also a veteran, so I was happy to buy from a veteran-owned business. Thank you so much for your time and effort!.
