For me to understand what you mean, I would need to see a picture of the set of cutters. By cutting the stiles and rails in the same way, you should have Prior to doing anything else, you have to cut off the end of the rail.
The thickness is 3/8 inches.
The set that I have works well for me. As long as you don't take too much of a bite into the wood, it will not burn. I took only 1/64 to 1/32 of a cut during my last cut, and I did not have burns.
That is true. It is possible to remove the cutter and bearing in case the bearing needs to be replaced in the future

The main reason I bought this German-made set (compared to other Chinese junk) on amazon was that it was advertised as being That's not right! You can see the picture here. There is no guarantee that it will work. I got duped.
Getting the hang of it is simple once you've used it a few times. Follow the instructions if you want to do yourself a favor. As you see fit, use the bits in the given order. Cutting the ends of the rails with a coping bit (the bit between the cutters) is recommended. Routing the ends first is the best way to minimize tear-out. Utilize the other of the two matched bits (the one with the bearing) to cut all the grooves on the sides of the rails and stiles, in order You can use the raised panel bit to make a back panel The panel is cut on all four sides. Please note It doesn't make a difference if it's 3/32 of an inch A door that does not look right will not look right.

and BEAUTIFUL. This item is packaged in a wood dovetail box with rare earth magnets keeping the top firmly attached. My Freud set was broken, so I bought these bits to replace it. In addition to my full-time job, I am also a volunteer I am a full-time professional woodworker, so quality is of paramount importance to me.
As soon as I made my first cut, I realized that I should have bought them sooner. The cuts are clean and crisp, leaving no tears. Is there anything bad about it? There are a couple more blades on each of them that he should have had. If that were done, I believe the cutting would be quicker and more efficient. I noticed that the cutting tips of the blades are getting burned after making three sets of kitchen cabinets. There is a possibility of user error, but that is Every time you use these, make sure they are cleaned and polished. The moral of this story is that I do not regret buying these and I would buy them again if I had the opportunity.
This bit set allowed me to create my first set of raised panel doors which turned It should be noted that the installation instructions for the panel bit contain an error. According to this, you should drop the bit to start with and then raise it for successive cuts but it isn't the best practice since the tenon will end up Rather than saying to adjust your fence for successive cuts, it should say to adjust it after each cut.
I love the way these bits cut. You can work for 3/4 stock, but not for the other half. It took quite a while to figure out what to do. Stock should be 3/4" to 1" in thickness according to the specs.
After 9 panels, this bit begins to dull off. The wood will then be burned if you move this slowly. Oak is the material of choice.
My doors with raised panels are now complete. Precision and high quality are hallmarks of the cutters. Cuts red oak cleanly in a single pass with rail and stile bits. I was a little scared of the large panel bit but it ran at 18000 rpm with no wobble. Thanks for the results. I'm very pleased with them. Hopefully we'll be able to make more doors in the future.
The importance of these cannot be overstated. Even though the instructions are not very clear, after much trial and error I was able to make it work. It is something I have wanted to try forever as a hobby woodworker. In just a few hours, I made a set of 51" x 17" doors that looked like they were crafted by a master carpenter. When I shopped around I found they were the best price for the quality and the reviews. It wasn't a lie when the previous positive reviews came in. These look like they'll last me for a good couple of years and I'll probably buy them again. We are confident they won't let us down.
