As stated in the description, this is made of thick carbon for extra sharpening. The last time I sharpened a ball bearing was a long time ago. Do you have instructions on how to do this?

- The carbide reference refers to the carbide tipped bits which the bearing fits into. In this case, the bearing doesn't need to be sharpened. Please accept my apologies for any confusion. Thom, thanks for the comment
