In the same way as Vue Man, I have a question. There is no way to remove the white 1006026 from the black mix because it is impossible to slide out of the mix. ?

It will fall right off if you slide a flat blade screwdriver between this piece and the mounting plate of the valve.

Is there anyone who knows how to remove this retainer from I appreciate it. It would be even better if there were a video! ?

This retainer has two screws that hold it in place. Taking out the screws will enable the retainer to be removed.

My mixer cap was leaking, so I needed to replace this part. I needed to replace this retainer part because once this retainer is positioned in the mixer, it is impossible to remove it and I had to buy this replacement part. The replacement However, the snap fit element is not removable, so if I have to replace the mixer again it will not slip out. In order for this retainer part to escape, it needs to be one eighth of an inch larger in diameter. For future use, I was able to salvage the retainer from the older mixer by filing down the front of the assembly.
