What is the fit for ?

The Milwaukee sander should be able to use them as they are the same size. I received mine for my Mikata and they fit perfectly.

What should I do in order to use these hookandloop pads with my Makita SV5010 ?

The old pads must be removed and the new ones must be screwed on.

This is an excellent set for the price, but be careful sanding contours with it since that's how you ruin it. Stay with just sanding flat surfaces in order to keep them in good shape.
