I would say yes if the sander has only 3 holes, not 4 as the Dewalt Model does
As well as fitting the most common orbital sanders with more than eight dust holes and three screw holes, it fits 5" dia. drill bits as well.
Don't buy, it's made from plastic and involves attaching the pad to the sander with a screw that goes right thru it. Avoid it at all costs. It is total junk

It only lasted an hour if we were lucky and was tossed in the garbage. To be fair, I was able to obtain a replacement quickly and easily. As we test this new one, we will see if it is a good thing or if it is a junk product that doesn't last. We will update when we test another product. The new one is nearly the same as the older one, except that it hasn't yet flew apart. Because this product is all plastic and the screw holes have a thin substance, I am not as confident in it as I should be. For something that moves so quickly I don't think there will be much of a long-term impact, but we'll have to wait and.
You can watch the utube video on how to remove and install, which is incredibly simple, but it helps if you have never changed a drive before. To attach the palm sander, you need to use the right screws and size. Now, the palm sander has three or four screws you need to use. In the beginning I bought one at Lowes, not knowing it was the right size and had four screws, but mine had three, it cost $20 to return it and I ordered one on Amazon for half that price and it is just as good and works.
However, once it was installed and the screws were installed, the holes for the screws were a little different than the originals for the Dewalt. But it seems to work fine after installation.
It looks like the plastic on the inside was ate up by the worms. Those that have metal inside are the best.
I ordered the part and it was exactly what I expected
• Worked perfectly and restored the hook and nap quality beautifully
• Instructions were explained clearly
• Price was also very good.
The foam padding that rots out over time has been eliminated, now if only Dewalt could make a cord that does not.
These are among the items I ordered along with some sanding sheets, but they keep flying off the table. The price is right, but I'm hoping you'll have a better experience than I did.
