Is the description for the 3 - stainless steel? I see that the 1/8 size is for the 4in size, but it's the 3-inch size that I'm looking for. Stainless steel of 1/8 inch thickness?

The 5/16 x 3-inch bolt isn't the one you're looking for. The structural screws in the size of 1/8 inch are not stainless steel.

Are these intended to be used with pressure-treated lumber?

Using lag bolts is less convenient

These were purchased to be used in the construction of a wooden swing set's components. They're known as the "cats meow!" group. " It's a lot easier and cleaner than lags. " The grip strength is incredible! Which is something I would have done sooner if I had known about them.

I used a variety of types, and this is one of them. WOW, this is incredible. I tried a few and this one is by far the best. The head is large enough to prevent the wood from being crushed. The tip is well-designed to sink in without exerting too much force. When you only have one hand, that's a significant amount of money; MUST BUY!.
