It is a good idea to test this before applying it to One sixteenth inch of the counter bore would be located at the edge of the 3/8 inch counter bore. In the event the drill center does not align with the plug edge, this will result in the plug breaking through. This may be of some help to you.

S. Here, you can see a piece of maple I drilled out in preparation for "crib" bolts or connectors. My first step was to drill holes in the wood, then I applied the stair tread tape, and then I ran the drill bit against the tape in reverse to prevent it from tearing. There is not much shoulder on the tape, and I noticed that it pulls when it is spun forward/clockwise. I completed the kitchen work, but it looks like it was factory work, not something I completed in my home.
The cedar had some 1/2" screw holes that needed to be filled. A brad point bit I tried did not work due to its excessive tearing. The plugs were virtually invisible due to its clean cut. I love sweets.
This tool allows you to produce a smooth and flat counter-top It bores me. Use with a drill press or battery drill to get the job done. This will work great with screws that have a washer head #8.
This bit has a 3/4" large diameter, which allows for a 1/4" washer to be counterbored and set below the surface of the wood. SPAX and other brands of 1/4" power lags work well with this adapter. I have found this bit to be a bit you don't need, until you need it, and then you wonder what you did.
Quality of the highest standard. It's made right here in the United States of America. There is no doubt about the quality. The fizzgizz soda caps are made using this. See if it is available on Amazon. You can buy soda water for a cheap price here.
Plaster of Paris was used to repair I was very pleased with how it performed.
There is one feature I would like to see, however. You need to replace the drill only when you adjust the hex. also be great to be able to regulate the height of the stopper. In any case, it works quite well.
It is of very high This is an excellent tool for countersinking #2 washer head screws. The plugs fit snugly in the A total of 1,200 holes are drilled in the plywood It drilled approximately 700 holes in oak and 500 holes in maple. The last hole was as clean as the first. I was going to buy a carbide counterbore but delivery/availability drove my decision to purchase this high speed tool. It is still working like new at a fraction of the cost of carbide. It has never been used before in a production project that requires this many counterbore holes. As far as I'm concerned, this tool will wear out before it disappears. A hobby shop should not be required to carry.
