The diameter is the same for all of them. As a result, they have been differentiated in the diagram by the case and numerator. The lowercase d stands for the drive diameter, the uppercase D for the countersink and counterbore diameters, and the numerated D1 stands for the
7/64 of an inch is the size of the drill bit
It works perfectly for aluminum, and I only use it for that.

5 stars is really the most I can give it, only half of it As a result. Since I'm a huge Amana Tool fan, I was hoping that this would work, but man, was I disappointed in the end. There's no issues with it sinking into wood like butter, but the countersink stop is buggy, it worked fine the first week, but after that it stopped working. If I use my finger to stop it from rotating, it works, but really, it should operate automatically. My goal today is to remove the stop from this review and update it. A quick PS I broke 2 nuts by screwing the drill bit up too hard. Be gentle when you adjust the drill bit. Update
After I removed the stop, I found that it worked pretty well, but I would have bought just a normal counter sink bit instead.
In the past, I have attempted lots of different "collars" for depth stops, etc. Gave up on them with the last project and would like to try these. However, they DO WORK and are easy to use. They are relatively expensive, but they do work. My experience with other brands of depth collars and/or countersink bits has been disappointing with things that were unreliable at best and the depths were hard to adjust. This is an excellent product, easy to adjust the depth as well as adapt the countersink depth.
Saving up a few bucks to get one or two will help Save a lot of frustration when it comes to the use of Despite the fact that I haven't had these very long, I gave the durability and longevity only 4 stars. Although there is some mention that these may have had a minor problem or two in that department, I have not observed any problems with these as of yet. Appear to be of high quality.
The bracket is easily adjustable and has a double-ended allen wrench for adjusting it. My career in aircraft sheet metal spans over 4 decades, and I have used microstop countersinks to do so. can be adjusted in a variety of ways. Alternatively, number the intervals as 002. The 82 degree bits I have can pilot drill but I do not have any microstops. This is a high-quality wood countersink. It takes just a few minutes to adjust your countersink depth when using scrap wood.
It works great as long as you hold the plastic ring still. It leaves no marks and leaves me with the same countersink depth every time.
I have been using it A similar tool you can get at a big box store is not nearly as good as this one. Go to a certain depth and then stop. I'm glad you like it. There are probably a few more to come.
The best tool I've seen! Cutting depth can be adjusted to a precise depth with a carbide cutter. Lasts in abrasive materials like melamine coated particle board. The sizes I have ordered are all sold out!.
The little bit for counter sinking is great wish I had one a long time ago I will be getting more in the near future.
You don't have to worry about guessing the depth of a countersink with this tool. Using countersinks instead of sinking holes will give you more time to complete your projects.
