Is there a way to use these on metals to get a nice finish?

My knowledge of sanding pads is limited to softer materials like wood and plaster, so I am not certain that I can answer your question accurately. You are able to choose between different grit pads and you can adjust the oscillating speed, so I believe the finish would be as good as doing it by hand. This would also help to keep your hand and arm safe from all the energy we expend. Rather than buying a multi-purpose tool, you might want to consider getting the Dremel The rough finishing can be done with Max, and the finish will be handled by hand using a finer grit paper. Investing in this has been the best decision I have ever I wish you all the best,

Kit for the Dremel MM that is a good starter

For those who own the Dremel MM, this kit is a favorite. Almost all of the things you need to do around the house are in it. While I don't think the MM is my favorite tool, it offers versatility and is easy to use, as are Dremel rotary tools and similarly designed products. I can perform many tasks more efficiently using this than with my rotary. I've been using the wood saw for quite some time. If the blade were slightly longer, I would prefer it to be more flexible, but I'm sure its length would make it more likely to cause harm to anyone who isn't taking care. It would be a stretch to say I have any complaints. 1). I dislike it when kits like these count each piece as a separate tool. You should keep in mind that most of these kits are comprised of sandpaper. Two) The pieces within the kit are very difficult to remove. In light of this, keeping them all in a box may not be a good idea, although it looks nice. Having a box like that would make it easier for me to organize the items. I think it would have been better designed if it worked My purchase of this item was made while on sale and, thus, I am pleased. My recommendation is to use it. Worked like a charm with the drywall knife. Although the wood blade is a little weak, it will cut through small soft woods just fine. I haven't used the rest yet, but so far everything seems to be in good shape.

As of yet, I have only used the scraper and the wood/drywall. The claws were great for edging out drywall and removing flooring when I demoed my basement. Kits like this one seem to provide a lot more versatility and a wider range of uses for the tool. There was a lot of value in this It would have cost me $80 if I bought it from Lowes, but I'm glad I checked Amazon before buying it.
