Worx WX686L.1 2.5A Oscillating Tool with Clip-in Wrench and 70 Piece Accessory Kit

I have been thinking about buying an oscillating tool for quite some time but have not found the right reason. A couple of years ago, I upgraded my garage after moving into my new home. Despite my need for a wide range of tools, this one proved to be the most useful. My decision to go with the Worx was based on a few factors. It is firstly because I own a few Worx products and I have been very pleased with them. This one also comes with attachments, so that's the second reason. The fact that there were so many options helped me since I had no idea what I would need. The tool seems to be very solid and powerful and installing the different blades was very straightforward. I was able to cut dry wall, floorboards and even chip through cement easily with it. I found using this tool quite easy, even though I am a novice.

A vibration tool has been on my wish list for some time because of the variety of DIY projects I sometimes come across in the course of my daily life. For many years, I had let my father borrow them until I decided to get my own. As part of the project I had to cut and sand drywall as well as the wood shelves that were installed as part of the transformation of a traditional entry closet into a cubby for the kids to place items like their backpacks, shoes, and coats. One thing I loved was the two different sizes of the sanding attachments that allowed me to reach The unit I borrowed from this vendor also seemed to be considerably quieter than the other ones I had For people who do DIY work on their houses, this tool would be very useful.

It must be a good thing that I have a couple of old metal patio chairs waiting to be restored and painted. As soon as I acquired this tool, I started working on this first project. A comfortable handle and easy maneuverability were key to the tool's convenience. The body was lightweight, but it was still powerful. I find it pretty easy to add/remove attachments. can tighten/loosen each piece of the tool by using the wrench which sits on top of the tool. For the sanding I used the finger sanding pad, which worked great for the curves in the chairs, and I had it set to the highest speed setting (as instructed by the instructions). To make a long story short, it saved a lot of elbow grease from having to scrub it down with sandpaper by hand and only took a couple of passes to open up the rust spots. In general, I am pleased with the purchase, and look forward to seeing what projects it will help me with in the future.

The tool I bought serves a variety of purposes around my house and I have tried a few other multipurpose instruments from friends before getting I have, by a long shot, found this one out to be much more enjoyable Cutting wood with it is effortless, which is how I normally use it. Other types of materials can also be tackled and cut. With the way Worx put the key in the tool, it is easy to switch out the accessories. I like the fact that the tool came with all the accessories it needed to get up and running. I recommend this by a tenth.

This is amazing! My short experience with this tool has led me to sand and refinish my front door, remove the old hard-to-remove paint and remove its previous coat Likewise, the cellar doors need to be recaulked, and old sheet rock needs to be replaced. I was able to complete these home projects in no time thanks to the versatility and time saved. I recommend this tool for anyone needing to do DIY home improvements because it is durable and well built.

This would be a great fit for someone who has large hands. It is difficult to find the switch to turn it on and off. Use of the device results in a lot of heat.

All of these features and more are offered by this product. As I said above, I have purchased five Worx products and they have each been very satisfactory to me. The only suggestion I can make is to provide instructions on how to use the wrench, as the directions I found confusing. I was able to get assistance from one other purchaser who explained this to me. This tool is highly recommended.
