You get 16 oz of the product. The bottle contains one. have purchased a small quantity of this compound and use it to drill through any metal, including 3/8" and 7/16" steel plates, as well as Sch 40 galvanized steel. In addition to the wax for cutting and grinding metal, I also use it for grinding and cutting steel pipes. There is a lot that you can learn and utilize from Brute.

I really enjoy reading this stuff. Having known about it 30 years ago would have made my life much easier. My favorite brand of drill bits is Champion, and I use them to drill through a wide variety of heavy steel products, including 1" I beams and galvanized 1/4" steel plates. The project I was working on required over 140 holes to be drilled in 3/8" steel. Brute Lube was used when drilling anything thicker than 1/4" in the past, but we had to change drill bits every 4 to 6 holes prior to using it. I used the same 5/16" jobber length drill bit in a Milwaukee 18 volt brushless drill to drill 140 holes with this project. I replaced the drill bit every two or three holes with the Brute. I still drill with it like it was brand.
I was highly recommended by someone who knew what he was doing. Unlike cutting oil, it does not cause a mess. Application is easy to complete and can be reapplied for Stand back when you get started so that you do not get flung by the paste when it flings in the air. My favorite designer shop apron was all drenched in it.
It is a grease, not a wax! When you are used to stick lubes like wax or sunscreen, you will be disappointed by this $20 one. I would be willing to return it, but it would be such a hassle that I would not do so. It can be used as a drilling aid and a tapping aid, but when it is placed on the tooth of a saw blade it almost seems like.
As a Journeyman Electrician, I pay for quality tools, and this product keeps drill bits, hole saws, knockout kits, and saw blades in good shape. Using the product is easy and quick since it cuts and holes in a clean, quick manner, holds the product in place, does not drip, and it doesn't require as much effort from my tools.
I was able to easily cut wood both with my saw and a threaded tap by using this. I have even used it on screws to help them self-tighten It is tapped. It was difficult to tell by the Amazon photo how big it was. In my expectation, I would have received a Mentos stick but I ended up with A tube of at least one inch! Are there enough supplies to last a lifetime? It would be better to use a vehicle other than the tube for delivery.
Using this wax is much easier than using wax paste, and it seems to take less effort to apply. I work near drywall, and it stays on very I had no fling with her However, one caveat must be noted- There will be a slight tacky feel to the blade. My blades are stored in a box when not in use, so the issue is not significant to.
It's necessary from time to time to mount hardware on aluminum stile doors.
