I purchased my first compact band saw from this store and I am very pleased with the blade adjustment. The XBT01Z is not one I'm familiar with, so I can't compare it.
It depends on what you are cutting to determine how many TPI's to use. The most common materials I use for cutting unistrut and 16ga angles are 18 tpi and conduit. Maybe you're in discussion of the actual dimensions of the blade, which are
The only problem is that the cut must be done My guess is that the fence will not cut on
There was an error with the user. It was possible to pull out the blade with Ensured that the tension under the wheels has been adjusted. Over the past six months, I have not encountered any problems.

I looked at full-sized packages, but this is much more compact. There have been a lot of large cordless bandsaws on the market for years, but they can be costly and heavy. Since Makita released this compact lightweight model I knew it would be an excellent choice for me (I am electrical contractors). As we often work from ladders, it is important to keep both feet and one hand on the ladder at all times, leaving one hand free for cutting or using tools. Cutting salt is easy and fast, and the salt can be moved easily with one hand. Changing the blade is quick and easy, and the saw has a built-in light that enables you to see the area where you are cutting. If you pick up the tool for the first time, you may think it isn't capable of doing much since it weighs so little. In reality, though, the short weight of the tool helps keep the operator from getting tired as easily as they would with a heavy
Although we have only had this tool for about a month, if it's like every other Makita tool that we own, it will last for quite some time and will prove to be a good investment.
There is nothing more frustrating than having to keep stopping in the middle of the day to change the blade. My opinion of it has even slipped since I stopped using it. Design seems to be the cause of the problem. The blade obviously travels on the 2 large wheels, but as the blade enters the cutting area, it is held out by little rollers that are angled at about a 15 degree angle. According to my theory, this constant popping off is due to the change in blade orientation. Are there any other users experiencing the same.
That would have been great to have when I was younger. I gave it to my head guy and he immediately got this look. The very first cut made him look like a kid meeting Santa Clause for the first time. I used it myself a few days afterwards and felt like it was Christmas morning. I am going to see how it performs over time, hopefully it will save me a lot of money in sawzall blades and labor. I plan on getting another before the next project begins. The third purchase will be made today, 11/19/2020. I have one and am buying another Cleanly cuts 2" emt pipes, but I have to spin the pipes as I cut 2 1/2" pipes. This cutting tool just got a bigger brother for bigger conduits.
This tool is lighter, faster, and better ergonomically than a Dewalt. I'm a journeyman electrician who has been working for 20 years. As if butter, this bandsaw slices strut and conduit to ribbons of metal. I've been using a 3 amp hour and a 5 amp hour battery so far with good battery life. The only time I've thrown a blade was when I was a teenager. There was a great deal of interest in it among all the guys in the shop. It has been stacked in storage along with my corded Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee, Makita, and Dewalt are all pretty much the same, so it is the best for now. My previous tool company was Dewalt, and I purchased Makita. I'm very satisfied with them There are two strong areas of the DeWalt where it shines over. The metal housing and weight distribution make it feel lighter. The battery is placed a little higher so I imagine it's lighter than the DeWalt. The best description I could come up with was how well balanced the knife is. There is no way to go wrong between these three options. We wish you a happy cutting experience!.
On my site, other customers regularly borrow this bandsaw, since they like it more than the red and black or the.
This stuff cuts anything like butter, including EMT, Flex, Sealtight, strut, and anything like that! Compared to other brands bandsaws, it is more expensive, but if you are already using a Makita, this is the perfect bandsaw for you.
I like it.
