DEWALT 20V Max XR 20V Battery, 5.0-Ah, 2-Pack (DCB205-2)

There are 38 batteries we have from DeWalt, 20v/60v, but we have a problem with 5 of them not It is never a good idea to leave them in a freezing environment or to leave them on charge overnight. The food is always well kept and we are never able to figure out why the prices have gone down. Although Dewalt's warranty for these batteries is excellent, I was just told I need to send a 3ah battery to Salt Lake City for repairs. It costs nearly as much as a new 3Ah when you add the hazards fee and shipping charges. On top of that, the unit was a $1000 laser level purchased just over a year ago on Amazon, but because the battery was stamped with a date from 2017, they refused to warranty it. The battery appears to be brand new, because it has always been Their new batteries are very disappointing and their customer service is terrible. There were a couple of times my 6ah and 9ah batteries stopped working, but thankfully, they were covered by warranty. It is now time to buy Milwaukee again since we have a reseller in the area who backs their products if they are defective. Dewalt quality control better get their act together, I have spent thousands in their newest products but I am no longer willing to spend so much on their products.

My wireless chargers worked well for a year, and I use them once a week or every weekend to make sure they are always It's just 18 months later, and either one or both of these devices Because those batteries are charging fine when I use my three year old ones, I'm convinced that they are fake knock offs. Now that they are useless and in need of repair, one start is in order. Even though I take good care of my tools, these batteries still appear to be brand new, and these batteries should be perfect, but they aren't.

For a short period of time, I used one battery. There was a lot of disappointment on my part. I used one battery for a short period and it died. I put the other one on charge in the meantime. After switching them out, the one that was supposed to be charged broke. Even the one that initially worked wouldn't charge. A few of them have been examined and were found to be of no use. It was too late to return them at that point. This is a total waste of money for a Dewald, I would have thought it would be like that for an inexpensive.

The product is fake or not genuine. During the last few decades, I have been using DeWalt battery tools in my business and I own dozens of tools and In all cases, the plants have always withstood at least a year or more before even the slightest decline, after which they have also continued to produce well for at least another year. In the last year or so, I've purchased two double packs from Amazon, one late last year and the other not that long In just one week, both the batteries from the second order went bad. One battery from the first order stopped charging after 3 months, and one battery from the second order stopped charging after 2 months. A final problem is that one of the four batteries has become extremely touchy when it comes to I have only one charger that will charge it (all chargers appear to be DeWalt brand and are less than two years old). *BRIEF NOTE When new batteries are purchased for the business, they are logged in with purchase dates and purchase codes to detect where they came from and when they were purchased. It is absolutely the ones purchased from Amazon at this time that failed. All the batteries I've purchased with new tools before or since these two purchases have not had these problems leading me to believe either that these batteries came from a defective lot, they are "seconds", or they are outright fraud.

Any problems I have had with them have never been my fault. products just didn't work for me - neither they took a charge from any of my chargers, nor did they It's funny, right? I send them back and Amazon sends me a new set, which is also defective. Well, I'm going to switch to a different SKU and see if it works. One charge light is not an indication of a full charge. It was the same problem I saw with a number of other people when they received the batteries. There is only one bar of charge on the charger no matter how long it stays plugged in. Here is what needs to be fixed In order to make it continue charging, remove the battery and replace it in the charger until the red charge light starts blinking again. If the red charge light stays solid, but the battery indicator appears to have partial charge, then the battery indicator is correct. There may be a couple of times when you have to do this before it starts to blink and charge. Afterwards, you will be able to use the batteries since they have been fully charged.
