Questions & Answers
A quarter inch is all that is needed. There is a feme at one end that connects to the manifold or regulator. A spacer is attached 1/8 in from the other end. This male connector can be used for airbrushes or quick connects.
Using your shop compressor is absolutely fine, just make sure you have a good regulator so you won't blow out the hose, while keeping the air pressure high at the compressor so you can use other tools, such as spray guns, sanders, etc. You may also want to use a water/trap to catch the insects.
It's hard to say. This plugin works fine with the Iwata eclipse. I assume it will work with any brush from the Iwata line. It was similar for me in that none of my badger air hoses fit my Iwata eclipse, but this hose did.
There can be no shortening of this process.

This is a great airbrush hose. In addition to the HP Iwata Eclipse, I purchased this brand new product There are two ways to release the code CS and With the 1/8th side you get a perfect fit for the quick release, and with the quick release it fits perfect on There is a 1/4th BSP thread in the air compressor end, not a NPT thread. Because of its 1/8th thread, I had to find an adapter for the air compressor that I purchased. As I bought one at my local hobby store, they gave me 1/4" male NPT-style connectors An adapter that fits 1/8" BSP female threads. There are two thread standards, so the adapter would only fit crooked because the threads on one side are different. It's not a good idea to crossthread the air hose and adapter. A product does not specify whether it is NPT or BSP - it simply says "National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) is a U. S. industry standard". Threaded pipes and fittings, threaded pipes and threaded fittings are made with tapered threads. The BSP (British Standard Pipe) is a standard pipe standardized by the United Kingdom. However, I purchased the PointZero Airbrush Bushing Fitting 1/4" BSP Male - 1179. The BSP female connector is 1/8" in diameter. Exactly what I've been looking for! During my search for this product, I was unable to find one that met my needs By using the adapter, threading can be done through NPT threads. I found out that this product has a BSP thread, not a NPT thread, through this way. It would have been nice to save one person the cost of 15 dollars, since I wasted 15 dollars on two.
With this hose, you can connect the Air brush made by Iwata directly out of the box. There can be no ifs or buts about it. I highly recommend this product because it does not require fiddling with other fittings and has a quick disconnect that is ready for immediate use. It doesn't make a difference whether it's a first-time user or not, these items from Iwata are of exceptional quality.
My hope is that with use the stiffness will go away, since it's tendency to adhere to its original coil shape right now is enough to annoy me. However, it seems to be of good quality. The fittings were clean (there were no burrs, etc. ).
There is some stiffness to it, but it's very well made and very worth the additional expense. You can tell they are all made in the same factory if you look them all closely. There is something special about this one. There is no substitute for an Iwata There is a possibility that they don't want it to come down if the hose is bad.
A soft, non-porous material Iwata hoses have a good length and a kink, and are a bit more expensive than most other brands, but its one-year warranty is worth it Whether time is of the essence, or not When it comes to purchasing consumer goods, I don't mind paying a bit more for There has never been a failure or leak in my connectors. This coil needs no sets, it doesn't take long to coil. The one I have is also compatible with the Iwata quick connects. Very nice stuff. Thanks for sharing. It is recommended.
There is a bit of stiffness to the hose. If it were as flexible as my badger hoses, that would be great. This move is rather simple and is going to make me feel a lot more comfortable. It may be sturdy, but I would rather sacrifice durability for great mobility.
There are no leaks, and the length and weight are good. There is a slight difference in price between this brand and similar brands, but the amount of braided nylon is much higher on this one as I've compared both brand names that I have Paasche and Iwata.
The silicone hoses I got with my compressor are much better than the rubber hoses that came with it. I am delighted with them, and they are so much more durable than the ones I had before.
