Washing in a gentle manner. This hose works well for chemical applications when used at low pressure (less than 100 psi). I intend to purchase again.
This hose is something I use on a daily basis. I maintain a constant air pressure of around 250 psi on it. I've dragged it across roofs, pavement, and even sharp objects and it's never leaked or ripped. It's extremely flexible and durable. br>br>The only drawback I can think of is that the bright color is easy to get dirty, and the hose will start to look a little jacked up after a while, but this has no bearing on the operation. br>br>There are a variety of ends that are simple to attach and repair. The hose is also flexible and does not kink easily.
When you pressurize an air hose, it loses a lot of flexibility, but once you release the pressure, it's very easy to roll it up and move it around the shop. br> I normally only run my compressor at 180 PSI or less, depending on the jobs (which are numerous around the farm), and I have had no blistering or weak spots in a 125-foot length of hose, as I had read in other reviews. As far as I can tell, it's a high-quality product, and I've had no problems with it. br> If anything changes, I'll update the review.
Because there are no hose hookups on either end, I swear this hose is a waste of money and difficult for a woman to use. Not to mention the fact that you want it to have a good flow of water. I can't send it back because it's taking too long.
This hose is ideal for my soft wash setup. I can't say enough good things about it: it's a good length, flexible, lightweight, durable, and affordable. As a result, keep an eye on the price, as it fluctuates. It's a great hose in every other way.
I got my air hose yesterday, and we used a 50-foot section of it today. The hose claimed to be rated for 300 PSI, but we were only using it at 120 PSI, and it began to bubble and pop. In about ten minutes, the hose blew out three times. We stopped using it and replaced it with one of our old air hoses. This product was a huge letdown for me.
I own a woodworking company that has a lot of airline parts that need to be replaced. All of my lines are run with iron pipe from 8 to 9 feet in the ceiling, and I have drop lines for the various tools and machines I use. This line has performed admirably, and I intend to order some 3/8 id in the near future.
It appeals to my tastes. There is no hose memory, and it is light weight. I was able to crimp my own fittings on it and use it on a retractable reel with success. The OD is smaller than rubber hose, so I was able to get a few more feet on the reeel.
