This is a brand new air compressor control valve (95-125 PSI pressure switch). A Furnas, Square D, and many more are comparable to this system.

There is an On/Off switch and an unloader on the product. We will be able to use this system for both two-stage and single-stage

The Pres Et 95-125 PSI 14" COMPRESSION UNLOADER VALVE has an NPT female connection on the tank side with 3 extra 1/4" ports. A 6amp circuit at 3 phase 240 volts

What is the size of each port? How can I connect the four ports taking 3/8 pipe that I have?

Any reducer or similar device will do as long as you are able to get the job done.

Where do these fit in the model hierarchy?

It is not a brand. It is not a model. A positive switch, designed to shut off the compressor motor as soon as the PSI is reached, is used for this purpose. There is an adjustable pressure release and the safe release mechanism works automatically.

What are the cut in and cut out pressures, and where can I adjust them? I had a 'cut in' of 90 psi and a 'cut out' of 135 psi on the switch I'm changing. ?

Basically, it cuts off at 135 and turns back on at 90, but you can adjust the needle that the switch hits to turn it off at the desired value.

Switch for pressure control that is very good

In that the switch was not assembled, assembling it was pretty simple, so it was just like the old one. Because of this, we were able to install it in place of the old switch easily. Upon further investigation, I found that the old switch was almost 25 pounds off, so it was not getting up to the pressures I thought it would. The system has been in place without any issues for over two months.

The switch works fine, but the unloader had problems (it was missing the check valve) and I had to replace it You can use the one I used to have. Therefore, don't dispose of your old switch until the new one has been set up and is working well.

A unit from the box store was almost as cheap as this one, but it is a bit bigger. You won't have to worry about it burning out, like the smaller unit.
