There are 14 air compressors on the skids in my shop. There are a couple of fittings that vary by size on a few. You could simply purchase an adapter fitting to fix the problem. I will respond to your question by saying an unloader valve will work almost wherever the situation calls for it.

It would not unload properly with the old valve. There is a lot of time spent trying to fix the old one (too much time). If I had bought it from the start I wouldn't have wasted time trying to repair something that couldn't be fixed in the beginning. The software was installed in a few minutes, and I have been using it for over a month. This is a product I would purchase.
