The A/O 36/60/80 Grit, Nonwoven CRS MED Fine Discs were exactly what I needed, great quality, we were able to move along quicker with the wheels, and get the paint removed faster and without scratching the finish.
My die grinder is perfect for this. I use the hex chuck adapter to efficiently use my impact driver with roloc pads at home and at work, and it is an invaluable addition to my tool collection.
I would definitely buy from them It was my first time trying this Tshya brand. Good quality, nice packaging, great price. Loved it for my day-to-day trip. Handcraft is an essential part of everyday life. I definitely plan on using it more in the future.
The polishing was done on a large DIY table, one piece of wood The wear and tear of the environment Despite the die grinder pad never coming off, it was much more resistant than expected. This is a handy.
There are some coarse grits, so these will not be suitable for polishing, but can be used on wood, metal, and plastics to a variety of ends. My preferred method of use of these is the 3M versions known as Rolocs, as they quickly screw into the pad holder and are ready to Disc compatibility is easy to achieve with these discs because they can be changed in a snap to accommodate different pad grits. You can use either an air die grinder or an electric drill fitted with a collet or chuck that fits either a chuck or a quick-release 1/4" hole to use this set. It includes one pad and two shanks. The air die grinder typically helps me achieve better sanding results as it is smaller, easier to handle, and also produces higher RPMs for more efficient The most significant criticism I have is that almost all of these sanding discs are warped compared to the perfectly flat 3M discs. As soon as they are attached to the flexible pad, they remain warped and the pad simply becomes distorted. When I tested these against my flat 3M rolocs, I couldn't really tell a difference, but if you used these on a slower speed tool or for precise sanding work you might There have been other brands of these discs I have used between 2 and 5 years ago The ones pictured here are deformed to a greater extent than the ones I've seen before. In contrast, all of the backing plates on the Roloc appear to be bonded together and aren't yet separated. While the fiber discs appear to be fine and comparable to those from 3M, their performance is probably not as good. In terms of quantity and selection, you get a great value for the price, but the sanding discs lose a star because they are deformed so badly.
Roloc's typical way to do it The sanding process The fiber discs I use for iron removal and mill scale removal are my favorite. It's a lot less aggressive than sandpaper discs, but can be just as effective in those scenarios. Additionally, this set includes two mounting shafts. One is for mounting on a cordless hex driver, the other on a regular drill chuck, and one is for mounting on die grinders. It was a good choice for that purpose to use these discs. As far as disc wear goes, the wear was the same as on other discs I have used before, $16 is the price. At 49 dollars, I think this is a fair price to pay. If the discs were 120 grit, this set would have received 5 stars from me.
It fits my Makita sander perfectly, and it is affordable. Build-in cabinets with shaker style and raised panel doors are the work that I do as a DIYer woodworker. Regardless of the quality, we found this to be a convenient assortment of grits. Two arbors are included that can be connected to either a standard drill or impact driver. The pad I mounted on my purpose - Here is a set of discs and arbors appropriate for a variety of uses. Considering the price, this is a good deal. This is a good book to read.
There is a good variety of grits in this package at a very reasonable price. They are 3M replicas and they will fit the pad holder no matter which one you choose. The pneumatic die grinder in my shop lasts longer than I thought it would. It will be my pleasure to purchase.
