BLACK+DECKER Tool Tote Bag for Matrix System, Wide-Mouth (BDCMTSB)

For the price, it's definitely a 5 star bag; even if you don't have the Matrix system and just want a compartmentalized bag, it's still a nice bag. The velcro removable dividers provide horizontal rigidity, as does the rugged rubber bottom. There are three interior pockets on each end, plus two more in the middle. Three of the pockets have partial bottoms to keep smaller attachments from falling through and jumbling around the bag, while the rest are more like holsters, allowing the tool to slip in and rest on the bottom while still being supported. There are no labels for which tool goes in which holster, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your mood, but I think it's a good thing. Some, such as the one for the sander, stand out. Sanding pads, jig saw bits, drill bits, and other small items can all be stored in the universal outside pockets. br>br>At the moment, it's holding my 6 matrix attachments, accessories, Lithium battery, charger, and both cordless and corded Matrix drills, with room to spare.

To be honest, I'm surprised. Until recently, I had a negative impression of Black and Decker products; I won a few of their tools in a raffle, and they've proven to be very useful for my home improvement projects. Why not give the bag a shot as well? br>br>I was expecting it to be cheap, but it's actually quite sturdy and holds its shape. The best part, in my opinion, is that the bag can remain open as a large rectangular toolbox while still closing when needed. It has a lot of room on the inside and just the right holders; these aren't pockets; pockets are on the outside. The stretchy bands that hold the items in place are the little holders inside. The external pockets have enough room to hold the majority of the items you'll need, plus a little more. I keep the sharp consumables in the only flapped pocket. Two dividers are included and can be used in a variety of ways. Great little bonuses that keep things from colliding with each other. You can also take it out to make more room! br>br>The shoulder strap is the only drawback I've encountered. With a full bag weighing it down, that thing now has some sort of plastic-like shoulder pad on it, and it's just painful. Furthermore, the plastic do dads to which the shoulder strap clings do not inspire enough confidence to justify its use. Because I won't be using it, it's not a deal breaker, but it's a nice to have. br>br>Overall, great value for the money.

Very nice tool bag that, at least for my needs, holds quite a bit. br>The bag contains all of the items listed in the item description. In it, I can fit a battery-operated Porter Cable drill driver, a battery-operated Porter Cable nail gun, a Black and Decker hammer drill, and a Makita compact router with fence guide. I have batteries for the above-mentioned wireless tools in the outside front pockets, wrenches or the router in the middle front pocket, and a handle for the hammer drill and some drill bits in the back pocket; all of this could easily fit inside the bag, but I offered the pockets. br>Initially, zipping the bag felt like the zipper was poorly stitched on it, as it would feel stuck and not move, and it appeared that the bag's zipper was badly misaligned, but I guess it just took a couple of tries to get used to it, and now I can do it easily and without difficulty. br>I bought it to replace a Dewalt DWE575 7-inch drill. 1/4- I wasn't sure how it would fit, but I needed to store the other tools I mentioned, so I bought it anyway. The circular saw fits nicely and has plenty of room, so I'll be buying another one as soon as I can. br>br>*As you can see in the first photo I uploaded, there is still room for the circular saw event. br>br>*The circular saw is in the third photo, where the bag is shown closed with my hand, and you can see that it still looks like it could fit a couple of things in it if you wanted, but when I buy another one, I plan to use it exclusively for the saw. br>br>*The second photo shows the PC drill driver, PC nail gun, and Makita router, all with plenty of room. br>br>*The fourth photo shows the zippered bag containing the PC drill driver, PC nail gun, and B I'd say you could throw in some more small tools, like wrenches and screwdrivers, if you wanted, but that's not what I want, and the bag is already heavy. br>br>*The fifth photo shows a close-up of the bag with the PC drill driver, PC nail gun, and the B It contains a D hammer drill as well as a Makita router.

There's a lot more to it than just the BD attachments. br>br> 20V Drill/Driverbr> Impact driverbr> Reciprocating Sawbr> Trim/circular sawbr> Hedge trimmer/shearbr> Inflatorbr> 3 20V batteriesbr> 2 Chargersbr> 9in x 2in Dewalt DWABK410SETCS Saw bladesbr> 6in x 4in Dewalt DW1169 pilot point drill bit with casebr> br>as well as a variety of other things. br>br>Downside:br> The zippers need longer tips for easier opening and closing, so buy something to hook into the zipper loops to help. br> The bag is quite large, and it's suitable for most medium and heavy-duty tasks. As a result, make use of it but don't overdo it. br>br>To keep it in good shape, I only use it for home projects.
