With a height of 5'5" and a weight of 125 lbs, It's hard for me to give a definitive answer. It's long enough for me to pull it around my waist twice. I had to hem the bottom of it because it was too long and needed This apron was the perfect solution for all my gardening needs, and I was eager to do that with a smile on my face. This is not a flimsy piece of work. My favorite feature of this product is how heavy-duty the material is and how easy it is to adjust. It wouldn't be suitable for a barbershop environment, I think. The reason I am not certain it would work for me is that I have long hair that falls out, some on my head have been found, but nearly all of them are stiff instead. It would seem that something more flexible, like jeans, would be more your style. In addition to this, it retains dirt at a ridiculous rate. My leather jacket attracts dust and debris like glue when I wear it in the woodworking shop. It adds a good look to it, in my opinion. My behavior is a bit strange, I guess. Having the light black apron without a metal tape holder isn't a problem the pockets on the left side, along with the canvas hammer loop, are perfect for tape measure storage / clip hanging. An apron like this one is made for comfort, with pockets that keep things securely in place

A second pen holder slot is deeper than the other, so my 6"ruler can only fit in the one, and the fabric within these slots seems to make it difficult to fit some larger pens, like fat sharpies or grease pencils, but I managed to fit my pen in there. It would be nice to have one or two more slots in order to accommodate such I like the fabric, a waxed cotton that fits my frame well. It has a super easy rig in the back with padded shoulders and a side clip for securing - it has a great fit - You can adjust everything so that it fits you perfectly, regardless of how big or small you are. This jacket has a good length for me (5'6", 163 lbs), hitting just above my knee at the top, and it is cut well on top, not too tall nor too low to be problematic. I am a machinist who works in a shop who often deals with metal shavings, metal dust, coolant sprays, and many other things that leave me dirty. As a result of getting my shirt and pants soaked with coolant too often, I decided to have an apron made. Since purchasing the apron a year ago, I have worn it every day since then. It has fulfilled every one of my needs. I like the padded shoulder straps and the pockets as I can keep my calipers in one, a rag in another, my scale and sharpie in the pen holders, and any hot parts I pick up can go into one of them to cool down. I saved myself from many coolant splashes with its waterproof design. I highly recommend it, and I'll get another one after this one wears out (if ever it happens! 1) I'd rather.
