It's too late to return it at this point. Amazon instructed me to contact the seller via email, which I did three times before receiving no response. THESE ARE MADE IN CHINA!.
This is a set that I would highly recommend.
I used flex end right out of the box to remove a 10mm bolt from a f-150 grill. 350 The ratchet popped on the first turn, and now it only spins for free. Others have lost faith in you.
However, I have yet to put it to use. I had planned to buy a different set of wrenches at first. For about the same price as this set, which only has metric sizes, I could get a single set with a full range of sizes in both SAE and metric. So, just as I was about to order the second set, I double-checked the listing and discovered that the SAE wrenches were flex-type. The metric side, on the other hand, was not. I would have been VERY upset if I had ordered those wrenches. So I went back to the drawing board and discovered that the same company produces a different set of flex-fit clothing. Head wrenches are available in both SAE and metric sizes, but they are sold under different brand names. I'm not sure why they do it, but I placed an order for both sets. I paid more than I intended to, but both sets appear to be well worth the money; I haven't used them yet, and the true value of a wrench is how well it turns a fastener, so I can't comment on their durability. However, the manufacturing quality appears to be satisfactory at this time, and I am satisfied with my purchase thus far.
For a weekend warrior like myself, this is ideal. So far, they've performed admirably and provide excellent value for the money; I purchased them because I needed a wrench for a few jobs on my car where a socket/ratchet would be too cumbersome. Swivels have two sides: they make it easier to get into tight spaces, but they also make it easier for the tool to slip off the bolt/nut when ratcheting.
Go Caps. This is fantastic. In your hand, it feels substantial, and it's well-made. Wrapping your tools is extremely helpful. Very well-made (thick, double-stitched, with a large hunk of Velcro to keep it closed), which will help me keep the set together and avoid losing any. This is an excellent product.
I was able to get these for a great price and was overjoyed when they arrived. They feel very well made, and I used them right away to replace the brakes on my Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Altima, which were screeching due to brake failure. They performed admirably, and the flex head was extremely useful. In my Toyota Tacoma, I also used them to replace the front and rear struts and shock absorbers. I highly recommend these because they are small enough to fit in tight spaces.
They're very sturdy, reminding me of SK wrenches. I'm so confident in these that I've ditched my old set of craftsman wrenches. I'm out of ideas at this point. They are fantastic, and you should purchase them right away!.
