A 8" HBR8 is exactly 8" long from one end to the other. One ear of the headset is about 1/8" shorter than the other when parallel to the work surface as it would be in use. I like this software a lot.

It had some huge Phillip's head screws on it that had been on it since 1965 on the door hinge of my 1965 my Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 KD Blaster had no way of moving them due to their rusted-in condition. A pull bar added to the handle of this ratchet made it much more useful. A bit of extra torque didn't seem to trouble it at all.
It ratchets at both ends, yes. It's a great tool and I am pleased with it.

That tool matches my iPhone perfectly! I love it! We get lots of complaints from the babysitter so you know it's a well-made The leak stop turned out to be the perfect match for my iPhone! I've spent years trying to fix my leaky garden hose before I found this gem. Our neighbor came over after getting the leak stop and couldn't believe how awesome it matched! You did an excellent job, in my opinion! There is a good chance we will get a job promotion soon and maybe an increase in salaries! This tool has more than paid for itself, and I'd like to say that my cats look at me differently now -- perhaps due to the new sense of confidence this tool has given me.
It is really nice to have an 8" ratchet like this. The 3" ratchet and the 12" ratchet with Flex head that I have for reaching hard-to-reach parts are also handy. Despite their challenges, each one has proven to be a lifesaver. My 3" has served me well for a few years and considering its performance quality I decided to buy others, each of which has performed equally well with no malfunctions.
The tool is of the highest quality. It has saved my life more than once when I was working in a limited access area on board an It is hard to overstate how highly we recommend this wrench.
The HBR8 product arrived just now (on Wednesday). My unboxing experience was pleasant and I am pleased with the quality and finish. The hbr5 is exactly the same with a longer length. Then I'd be ecstatic. Even with Vim tools I'd be thrilled if the same HBR5 or HBR8 (or both hint hint) had 12point heads instead of 6point. It's a fact that they would be hot sellers. If you are actually reading this and care about VIM tools, you can start your next project now.
I bought one and tested it a little but it stripped the ratchet mechanism as soon as I put 20 pounds on it. It is being sent back for another one. I hope it is just a bad experience. There is a chance that this ratchet will not break until it is twisted past 50 lbs. Eventually, there will be an update.
The most effective software I've ever encountered. This is a very well-made product. I have no problems with it. With any 1/4 bit, extension or other extensions, it can be used a million different ways.
It broke the first time I tried to use it. Taking the fill plug out of a ram 1500 transmission had to be done because the gears on the 5/16 side of the transmission had stripped out.
It has a great price. Having this tool along with the HRB5 is all you need to get started. My long thumbs have worked wonders for me and since I can add or break torque with it, I can use it as a real torque wrench. I also like the quality of it. I use VIM the same way my coworker does, but his tool is Blue Point and he paid three times more, but the VIM does the same job.
