In short, yes. It is Klein's policy to make all of its tools in the United States. The Klein tools I use on a daily basis are used by me as a Union lineman. I am very satisfied with this
In the first open, a 1/2" diameter rod can be accommodated, while in the second one a 5/8" diameter rod can be accommodated

It feels sturdy and is well made. It had metal bits left in it from manufacturing that needed to be cleaned. It needed oiled right out of the bag. Klein products are my favorite, and I was both excited and hesitant when I bought this for the price, I expected a little more from them.
When gloves are on, the switch cannot be made. A gear jamming required oiling from the beginning due to the lack of oil in the box. The tool is okay apart from that. If it were 10 bucks cheaper, it would be worth it.
I used it to loosen transformer bolts, and it worked great.
I like this tool a lot. I find it very useful.
It's a Plus.
Now that I own two of them, I really appreciate how handy they are.
It is awesome.
