Rapid 19's have been a part of my business for over twenty As they empty, it is so easy to run through a big job switching them as they empty, and then to reload one at a time after they've all been empty. As a result of the light design, this tacker is capable of transporting multiple tackers more easily than other bulky and heavy tackers. This came in a used box that was brand new! I ordered two and one arrived in a used box that was obviously defective. I would not recommend a stapler like this to anyone. After delivering a staple on its first swing, the machine failed to deliver one after another. When my colleague looked at the mechanism closely, it was very clear that the carriage had become out of alignment after the very first staple had been inserted. I find it extremely disappointing that this tool passed quality control and made it into a box for sale after passing quality control. In other words, I don't have the option to give this a zero rating since the rating system won't allow it.
