The two shorter ones are almost 5 inches long, while the long one is almost 7 inches long.

As a professional mechanic, I make frequent use of all of my tools. These are unquestionably high-quality tools. I compared them to more well-known brands such as Snap-on. They're all the same, including On and Matco. I purchased the 36" pulse as well as the three smaller pieces to complete the set, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I was able to get all of mine for a quarter of the cost of the name brands. Tekton is, without a doubt, a brand name.
These pry bars are fantastic because they come with a lifetime warranty and a striking cap. I recommend all tekton tools because of the way they handle warranties, but now that they're manufacturing in the United States, there's even more reason to do so.

The use of common sense and experience can aid in determining how hard to pry with a particular tool. People have been known to bend pry bars because they are too lazy to get a larger one. It isn't because of the tools. It's the knucklehead who is making use of it. If you require a pry bar that is more powerful than a mechanic's pry bar, Get a construction or demolition pry bar in a giant size. There are a variety of options. They are available at the majority of local hardware stores. br>br>In a damp environment, these are prone to rusting. Any tool with a blackened finish is the same. They'll last a long time if you treat them like regular impact sockets and extensions; I'd buy them again.
The new Tekton pry bars are not the same as the old ones. They are made in the United States of America and are of high quality. They now have thicker, more comfortable handles, as well as a strike plate that extends all the way to steel. The 25-inch tool in 1/2-inch steel is included in the new version 3-piece set. The research is excellent. You won't find a nicer set for the money; these are nearly identical to craftsman and snap on at a fraction of the cost. Get them now before they realize it and raise the price.
If this is something you're looking for, I'd recommend getting these before they go up in price way beyond what they're worth, which they've been starting to do unfortunately. br>This is a great set for the money, well made and very solid construction, quality control appears to be on point, and the hammer end handles are pretty cool, though I won't be using them. In my photo, the largest one is next to one of my nicer others, which is only an 18" x 1/2" bar and cost more than this set. My Carlyle has a nicer handle that feels a little more sturdy in the hand (doesn't mean it is,) and has the nice printing on it, while the Tekton has the hammer end handle which is pretty cool, and though I don't have matching sizes to compare, the feel of the Tektons makes me pretty confident they are just as strong and well built. br>I've been happy with all my Tekton purchases and they were all great values Right now, I'm comparing prices on multiple items and "sets" between Tekton and two other companies that are MUCH bigger, MUCH more established, tried and proven to be quality tools, and everything comes with a full lifetime warranty with no hassle, such as GW and the other guys who did the same thing, and those other two companies are cheaper on almost everything I compared. It's quickly becoming clear that they're not worth the money they're asking, especially since they don't offer a full lifetime warranty.
I might not like 100% of my tekton stuff at all times . This one, on the other hand, is absolutely fantastic. It puts my Craftsman to the test and kills him. In fact, tekton is one of my favorite games. The snap ring pliers are the only thing I don't like about them. Save your money and purchase this one instead. I'm a field engineer who puts his equipment through a lot of wear and tear. I'm not a full-time mechanic, but I'm not a weekend warrior either. Purchase made with confidence.
