It is good that there is a chain, but there is an awful ring

In fact, the twitch pliars themselves are simply too solid and thick Sturdy and useful, they do just what they are supposed to do. During the past weekend of January '21, I castrated, tagged and vaccinated 400 pound calves with them. Although they worked as intended, the chain and the little flimsy ring on the end were of the typical Chinese quality. It broke almost immediately as it was hung up on the chute with the calf's head in it. As an anchor for pliars, the chain has held up well, but it is of the same thickness and quality as the chain you would use to tie your pooch to the front steps so it can go outside. The pliers themselves are good, but the chain and ring are a step above Lego.

I like how it works

With the new chain link lock feature, the loop secures the head gate to the chain link lock exactly, but when the loop is tied to the head gate the link can fall off.

Except for the ring at the end, the item is well made

Upon a good pull from my mini zebu bull, the ring at the end of the chain was removed. As for the rest of the product, it seemed to be of good quality and did what it was supposed to. Still, the product was successful even though the bull is too stubborn to move.

Chain that is cheap

It is a much smaller chain than I expected, and came apart the first time I used Our own chain was needed to make things work. It is not a product I will recommend.
