Italy is the country where this product is made. American Hakko Products thank you for the interest you have shown
The cover is a layer of soft plastic about an inch long that could easily be lost. It was discarded and I inserted the Hakko into a 10 ml hypodermic syringe without removing the plunger.
'Weeding vinyl' may not be as soft as the tips on these, but that does not bother me. The tweezers are made of stainless steel, making them hard and sturdy. You cannot bend the tips of the tweezers The fins of my radiator have been straightened with these since I used them to repair very damaged

I was wearing out my old Hakko tweezers (2 years old). As a result, I purchased another pair of shoes for Amazon. The seller is the ". com" seller, not the the tweezers I received are not the same as the ones I had received from Hakko. Below is the attached picture, of which the top photo is real and the bottom photo is a The only way I can tell is by looking at the evidence. * Comparative analysis A Real versus a Fake A matte brushed surface compared to a shiny brushed surface The difference between 120mm and 118mm is the pointed The sharpness of a needle versus the sharpness of a paper clip A fully rounded (oval) logo is more attractive than rounded corners. In addition, the outer surfaces of the fake pair are sharp and clean vs dull and 'out of focus' Other notes, the new counterfeit pair has sharp edges with burrs, while the inner section shows a lot My Hakko tweezers are in great shape, so since I'm going to return them and search for an alternative brand, I'm probably going to find them You can't deal with counterfeits if you don't want to hassle with them.
The tweezers I got thrilled me so much that I couldn't wait to use them. In my role as a microscope technician, I've had the opportunity to observe them quite a bit. There was something wrong with my pair because I think it was an imitation. Despite the fact that they are not super sharp, and one side is fatter than the other at the "tip", and a simple refrigerator magnet sticks to them, they clearly are not non-toxic According to what has been stated, it is magnetic. In general, I have not studied the finish of the pair I received, but I can say the finish of the ones I have seen and used seems reasonably rough. Rather than buying from a third party seller on Amazon, I bought it directly from Please let me know if anyone else orders this so we can ensure they get what they ordered! The following edit was made to it It is my hope that all of my 5 photographs will be uploaded *Edit 2 I am only seeing two for the review at present. The weld only seems magnetic where it occurs. This was posted online by someone. Having just tested it myself, I found this to be untrue. Here is another picture of a magnet stuck to the tip that I will try to upload. As I don't want to magnetize mine, I hope I can manage a good shot. I wish you all the best with your repairs.
The Hakko tweezer is a product we've ordered in 2018 and we were pleased with it. A second order was placed in 2020 and we received the same result Directly from Amazon, we offer a variety of products. There might be a problem with stock mixing, which mixes the stock of all vendors, causing issues if some vendors submit knockoffs Goods that have been disposed of. The matte, bead-blasted finish on the genuine tweezers is different from imitation ones. There is a knock at the door There is a ground finish to the offs. On the genuine ones, the text is sharper. Tweezers made from genuine materials have smaller tips, stronger springs, and a more consistent grip. Our knock-off method cannot be used due to a technicality The problems have caused electronics work to be put on hold. The future will require us to purchase these items elsewhere.
It seems like everyone gets subpar quality products in reviews these days. Whenever I read reviews about people getting subpar quality stuff, it seemed to me it was just This is the end of my luck! (Not as crisp) The print on the side of the tweezers did not actually look like the print on the others. There is definitely a difference in the spring tension (that may be lighter), but without question it felt different The version I got was the "snub nosed" version as seen in another reviewer's photo. Still work for my purposes, but have certainly changed since the days of the Web 2. 0.
One of the points of the tweezer is significantly longer than the other, as I noticed when I opened the package. Despite the fact that this method may be effective for some applications, it is ineffective for picking up small objects. As it is still a nice product for some applications, I will keep it. In terms of technical applications, I would avoid them.
Although I like this tweezers, I'm not 100% satisfied. Sanding them down by hand required the use of #1000 water sand paper. (at the outset, Touch the outside of the house only).
It's a bad situation when Amazon itself is selling counterfeit products (I checked the seller's identity, making sure it was Amazon and I was surprised to discover that the tweezers I received were not up to CHP / Hakko's usual quality standard I wouldn't be surprised if they were actually Italian made. I don't fit & I don't feel comfortable There is a poor finish overall, as well as misaligned tips that aren't sharp and a laughably low quality laser etched mark. Despite the low price, I am tempted to return the item They are next to useless for doing precision work, as a 3-inch and 4-inch would be better Tweezer can be used for SA.
