Hakko owns or collaborates with chp brand tools, I believe. These tweezers are available for purchase on their website, and the set I purchased from Amazon was genuine.
The ends are razor-sharp and extremely fine, making them ideal for handling small parts and pieces.

br>At the end of the day, they don't match up and are extremely flimsy. Even for the price, I purchased a less expensive pair that I prefer. I can't wait to return them because they aren't worth $1. br>br>.
These curved tweezers are so cute. They're perfect for sticking small (or larger) stickers in your journal or scrapbook. I saw a pair similar to these on a youtube video and hoped to find them on Amazon. I DID! I'm sure they'd be perfect for a variety of small craft projects that you can't seem to finish. They come with a silicone sleeve that goes over the top of the points, which are pointy and can hurt if I forget to put the sleeve on before reaching for something in my supply tray. I'm hoping to be able to keep these for a long time.
These tweezers are of good quality. The tips are aligned and stiff enough to overcome the inferior metal without being excessively stiff. I had previously purchased a set of six black ESD tweezers for about half the price. I wish I had noticed these sooner because it would have saved me money and time. br>It's not on par with A. The Dumonts are a family owned and operated business that Fils (Swiss), but still better than those with the Black ESD label. Mine stated that they were made in Italy rather than China.
After reading some of the reviews, it turned out to be better than I had anticipated. The tips are in perfect alignment. They are made in Italy and are made of heavy bead-blasted stainless steel. Definitely a good investment. They're something I'd buy again. My assessment is based on my personal experiences. I didn't get paid for it, so take it or leave it.
They are extremely accurate, with perfectly aligned tips. I'm very pleased with them and will purchase them again.
These are built to far higher standards than what you'd find in a hardware store or on the internet.
Hakko CHP hand tools come in a variety of styles. They are unrivaled in their field. If you have larger hands, like I do, these are a little short, but they're still very useful and well made (in Italy). There are also longer models, which I will be purchasing in the near future.
Tweezers that allow you to manipulate components without blocking your view of the work are ideal for hobby electronic work.
