Questions & Answers
Approximately 28 ounces is the weight of the hammer. The main purpose of this hammer is to destroy frames. This hammer is also useful for decking nails or other heavy duty jobs. It will help build arm muscles when you use this hammer. The average homeowner will not be able to afford this. He is a real heavyweight
It has never occurred to me to consume 36 ounces. There is also a 30 oz. option. The 32 oz. size is for adults. How does one need a 36 oz. container for 36 oz. What hammer do you use to frame a house? During that time, I've rough framed a number of houses and even the 32-ounces. I can imagine how painful it would be to swing that all day. I chose the 28 oz size because it was more convenient for me.
A blue paint is required on the metal that costs an additional $20+. For framing, the 28 OZ is my go-to hammer of choice since I have it for 7 years. Among the things I noticed are the high quality of the steel. You can hear the ringing of metal when you strike it. I have a dozen other hammers that don't do the same thing.

In this case we have a 28 ounce heavy duty framing hammer, which is quite heavy, but you are supposed to let the hammer do all the work instead of using your muscles to do it. It can also be gotten in lighter 22 ounce sizes, but fewer swings are experienced when driving nails with this size. The hammer you are holding is not fit for a drawer in your kitchen. What is the use of this equipment for demolition? With a wrecking bar and a set of demo screwdrivers absolutely. If it lasts that long, I do not expect to see a "tool thief" for quite some time.
I have a number of Estwing products and have been a fan for quite some time. I have excellent relations with every one of them. There are, however, always a few things that can be done better. There is a minor (very minor) grinding defect on the claw, but those problems do not affect the overall functionality or strength of the product. No matter what the situation is, I can fix it It is, however, something I am personally drawn to. There is no difference in the way the hammer is used. A hammer like this is just something personal to me because of the ways I use it. In addition to being used for different tasks, a hammer can also be used for striking. As for the hammer, it is certainly a heavy work horse This is a family heirloom that will outlive me and my children.
I like how the rubber material of the handle meets the steel perfectly. The steel looks good and it's easy to work with. The product appears to be of good quality. There would be a little more emphasis on the 'striking' area if I had expected the head to be a little larger. it seems like it will do exactly what it is supposed to do.
There has never been a bad Estwing in my collection. There is no doubt that they survive the test of time.
Having first purchased one years ago in my capacity as a general contractor, it has been the only hammer I have ever used. Although I'm retired now, having done so for three years, I still need After working on a little basement remodeling project a few weeks ago with a friend, my went missing. In his defense, he claims to have not taken it home. Then I went to a few local hardware stores to look for one. Not a thing. Having turned to Amazon, I found what I was looking for. The hammer is the symbol of power.
A hammer like this don't belong in the hands of the average person. This is my new tool, I upgraded from my 22oz that I have used for 10+ years and I love it it's like a mini sledgehammer so I can get the job done much faster. When it comes to finishing, this hammer is too large, but when it comes to framing and retaining walls, this hammer gets the job Additionally, it was delivered quickly. This was delivered within 5 days of ordering, as I live in New Zealand.
My favorite Hammer for framing is this one. It has been 25 years since I first used the Estwing 28 oz. The handle on one of those usually lasts about seven to eight years before it starts to break down. With this hammer and my last, I have found that the handle material seems to wear out a bit faster than the material on my old hammers. It does have a soft handle, however, which makes it feel more pleasant. I should be able to use it for the rest of my framing career.
It's nice to have a heavy hammer, and this one does the trick. It has been heavily used for around thirty years without any obvious damage on it. It is sixteen ounces and has never been damaged Estwing makes a hammer that appears almost indestructible. The only con I can think of with this hammer is that it makes a ringing noise that is sometimes distracting when struck.
